had a terrible experience here . my sister and i were waiting for like 20 minutes before we finally just left . we presssed the button when we pulled into the drive in thing , the screen said that someone will be with me soon , sb who pulled in 10 minutes after us got their order before we were even able to place ours . all i wanted was some ice cream . i will not be coming back .

Waited over 30 minutes on a burger, tots and drink. I pressed the button and asked why it was taking so long and they told me they were waiting on fresh tots. When i finally got my order it was missing the tots. After walking in and complaining about the missing tots because Noone would answer the red button i was given a small order of cold tots. This place has continually gotten worse. I will not be back!

I've always had good service here. As an introvert, being able to order on the app helps me a lot. If you don't have the app, download it and use it. It's a little slow, but they have deals on there almost daily and happy hour every hour. The food is good, but the drinks are the best. You can eat very cheaply here.

I pulled into 3 different stalls trying to get something ordered waiting 4-5 minutes in every stall and never got an answer so I drove off. Only about 8-10 cars in parking lot. This location has so many issues it’s unreal.
I come here every day to get a drink. Sometimes I grab food too. Unfortunately the "cooks" here should be embarrassed for the quality of food they put out. It's absolutely beyond disappointing spending 6 to 10 dollars on absolute garbage.
If you're buying food, go-to Kings Highway, they actually give a shit. Richmond's drinks are okay. Usually at least

There was a long black hair on top of my milkshake. I ordered off door dash, the bag wasn't taped shut and neither was the shake. Threw the food in the trash because I didn't know if it had been tampered with. A total waste of time and money.

Horrible management. It’s always the managers lack of training that destroys a business visited on 8/12 at 915 mobile order. Out of 2 items, first they ask what do you want in like okay I get it just do a larger milkshakes, because the milkshake was already made the manager had the employee bring it back out and say call for a refund. I don’t why people apply to be managers at food service places if they hate working with people!! I run a food departments I run a whole truck stop I fully get being out of something, truck shorting orders but poor managers I don’t understand
