One of the carhops had spit in my food in front of my face I believe her name was Anastasia. I don't recommend going to this sonic. I will never go back to that location. 4619 S Lake Dr, Texarkana, TX 75501 is the worst Sonic location ever!
I have given this Sonic sooo many chances! I don't usually post bad reviews, however there are several reasons I wont be back to this location......They constantly cut you off when attempting to place an order, rendering your order incomplete. Orders are not timely and are incorrect more time than not. The drive thru is mangled, for quite some time now and the speaker works sometimes. I have too many negative experiences at this particular spot, have no Idea why, it's a great location! I hope they are able to remedy these issues.

Love most of everyone ❤️. They are always helpful. But sometimes it's really slow. Nolan major problem I really have is pulling up to different stalls and a computer being down and it takes about three to four try sometimes even getting the one that works.
Parking: You need to kind of look in where you're pulling in most of the machines are down from time to time so you need to pay attention before you pull in to any other stalls. This is the worst part about it and it's very aggravating because it's usually you can pull into two or three of them before you get to the fourth one and you've got where you can order.
Kid-friendliness: They have great kid menus and toys in the kids meal

Husband is a truck driver, so we stop at this location alot when we go to do laundry, etc...but usually in morning.. Today we stopped and placed an order for 2 drinks, mozzarella sticks and a sundae... No one ever came over speaker at stall or even mentioned when they brought food out they were out of spoons... Have you ever tried eatting ice cream with a fork??? The hop brought out a fork AFTER we pushed button and asked for our marinara sauce and a spoon was VERY RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL! As she walked back into sonic, she turned around yelling at us...When we asked for a manager, all they said was that they were aware of the situation.. He/She never showed their face or even tried to correct the issue... We will NEVER EVER stop at this location again!! #1-BAD BUSINESS TO YELL AT YOUR CUSTOMERS!! -#2 Manager is too lazy to walk out and talk to customer...

Awsome Service, The Little Lady Was Very Polite And Smiling. She Doubled Checked Our Order To Make Sure It Was Correct. Always Give A Dollar Tip, They Wait On You As If You We're At Restaurant. Please Tip The Car Hops. Our Food Was Just Made And Hot And Fresh. Breakfast Burrito Was Delicious Awsome Service And Food.

Good customer services and great timing with the orders. But I had to many times to where they messed up my order or didn’t get my order right so that’s the reason I’m giving them 3 stars. It happens too often hopefully they can fix this.
