Ordered a mobile order and asked for a Vente cup for my Grande. No biggie, the option is available in the app. I walk in to pick up my things, the manager is going on about my order and suggesting that I wanted them to fill up my Grande order to the brim in the venti cup. Nope, I just want all the cold foam so none goes to waste.
The lady who made the drink was nice. She was wonderful. When I asked for a splash of coconut milk, the manager rolled her headset back like she had something to say to me.
Idk what her deal was but you should be mindful when talking crap about mobile orders. Customer is bound to show up smh.

Stopped in again on Thanksgiving day and once again beyond impressed with the service and drink quality. They were busy and still didn't miss a beat! This is by far my favorite location. I'm Including a video of my husband recreating my joy when getting a drink from this location🤣🤣💚💚💚

Absolutely never again! An employee named Chantel left her phone in the restroom. While we were traveling, my son needed to use the bathroom right before we got back on the road after ordering drinks and a muffin. I was waiting in the lobby when Chantel started discussing with her coworkers how she intended to harm the person in the bathroom if she didn’t get her phone back — and she sounded serious. This was all recorded in the store while she was waiting for my son to finish.
After my son exited the restroom with her phone, intending to hand it to someone at the front, Chantel snatched it from his hands. Once we left the building, I told her she should never talk about harming a customer. She claimed he would’ve taken her phone, but he had no intention of taking it; she simply left it behind. Another bystander intervened, telling her that she represents the store and should not behave that way. I will be filing a complaint with HR and the district manager. There is absolutely no justification for threatening harm to a minor.
I always love coming to this Starbucks! Everyone is always willing to put a smile on your face, offer good drinks and just all around take care of you. Today was even better, I really needed that pick me up! Thank you! 😊

Nice medium Starbucks. It's in a very busy intersection so sitting outside provides street noise but not so bad you can have a conversation. I don't love the way the seats are inside. It's more of a communal seating at big tables. I'd rather small tables with one to four seats. This location has a drive through.
