Starbucks

Absolutely never again! An employee named Chantel left her phone in the restroom. While we were traveling, my son needed to use the bathroom right before we got back on the road after ordering drinks and a muffin. I was waiting in the lobby when Chantel started discussing with her coworkers how she intended to harm the person in the bathroom if she didn’t get her phone back — and she sounded serious. This was all recorded in the store while she was waiting for my son to finish. After my son exited the restroom with her phone, intending to hand it to someone at the front, Chantel snatched it from his hands. Once we left the building, I told her she should never talk about harming a customer. She claimed he would’ve taken her phone, but he had no intention of taking it; she simply left it behind. Another bystander intervened, telling her that she represents the store and should not behave that way. I will be filing a complaint with HR and the district manager. There is absolutely no justification for threatening harm to a minor.

My order always comes out fast. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. I always go inside. It's as fast or faster than drive thru (depending on amount of people). Store & bathrooms are always clean.

Ordered a venti frapp and did not get a venti. Very disappointed. Still tasty though.

I was trying to get a venti carmel macchiato. The coffee tasted like descaled coffee water. I drove off and came back and requested it be remade. The remade coffee wasn't any better. I requested an additional shot to add to the coffee. It didn't make a difference. There is something horribly wrong here. I wish I would have kept it to test it in my lab. I will not go back. Starbucks need to secret shop investigate this franchise.

Says it’s open at 5am. Nope, only the drive through. Not even sure then it actually opens because it doesn’t say. Traveling and stopped in this stupid town to sit, eat, drink a coffee, etc. can’t do it at a Waffle House, not a Starbucks either. This place blows for travelers

They’re really friendly, always good coffee place is clean and quiet and they are fast service. Thank you for a great coffee.

The worst Starbucks experience ever. An employee was either on the phone or speaking to someone at the top of her lungs about VERY personal stuff. Curse words included.

Highly unsatisfied with my interaction today. Had to wait 15-20 minutes for an online order because the drive through cashier prioritized chatting and laughing with a customer over delivering orders in a timely manner. She then proceeded to tell me a snarky remark about how I need to gain patience and I can’t be rushing people. (She had 10+ cars pile up behind me during this time) Highly unprofessional. Drink was good per usual.

It has been a while since I have been here, but it is a nice Starbucks and comfortable inside with hard chairs for seating, but it has a lot of window area, so you can easily look outdoors. The worst thing about this particular Starbucks, and it's not their fault, is that you have to take something of a twisting, turning, circuitous drive to reach them from I-30

Parking: The Starbucks is located in a big shopping center area, so there is plenty of parking, if not in the Starbucks parking lot then nearby.

I stopped at the Starbucks while I was traveling and got the same drink I normally get. It definitely was very different from how it’s normally made at other Starbucks. I got the oatmilk shaken espresso and it had very little ice with a lot of oatmilk. It also had foam on top which it never has came with foam from any of the other locations I’ve ever gotten it from.

The coffee is expensive so it should be at Starbucks quality. We got two mocha frappe’s yesterday that looked terrible and tasted awful. The whip looked like it had been left out for a long time and was melted. The taste was even worse. Very disappointed this is the only Starbucks I’ve been to that has not been on top of their game.
