Starbucks

The worst Starbucks experience ever. An employee was either on the phone or speaking to someone at the top of her lungs about VERY personal stuff. Curse words included.

Highly unsatisfied with my interaction today. Had to wait 15-20 minutes for an online order because the drive through cashier prioritized chatting and laughing with a customer over delivering orders in a timely manner. She then proceeded to tell me a snarky remark about how I need to gain patience and I can’t be rushing people. (She had 10+ cars pile up behind me during this time) Highly unprofessional. Drink was good per usual.

It has been a while since I have been here, but it is a nice Starbucks and comfortable inside with hard chairs for seating, but it has a lot of window area, so you can easily look outdoors. The worst thing about this particular Starbucks, and it's not their fault, is that you have to take something of a twisting, turning, circuitous drive to reach them from I-30

Parking: The Starbucks is located in a big shopping center area, so there is plenty of parking, if not in the Starbucks parking lot then nearby.

I stopped at the Starbucks while I was traveling and got the same drink I normally get. It definitely was very different from how it’s normally made at other Starbucks. I got the oatmilk shaken espresso and it had very little ice with a lot of oatmilk. It also had foam on top which it never has came with foam from any of the other locations I’ve ever gotten it from.

The coffee is expensive so it should be at Starbucks quality. We got two mocha frappe’s yesterday that looked terrible and tasted awful. The whip looked like it had been left out for a long time and was melted. The taste was even worse. Very disappointed this is the only Starbucks I’ve been to that has not been on top of their game.

This location always messes up my order and zero help getting the problem resolved. Very annoying when buying an $8 coffee.

Everything I get from here is very good. It's a bit pricey, but it makes for a good treat every now and then. I like being able to use the mobile app to order. I really hate having to go inside and talking to people. Download the app, pick out your food, pay, go through the drive through and pick it up. The green drink in this picture is a Caramel Matcha Cookie drink and it tastes exactly like that. It is all very good.

I constantly ask for a white hot chocolate and I get a mocha… where it WHITE HOT CHOCOLATE does it say coffee? They have gotten mixed up over 8 times now and soon I’m gonna have to speak to a manager. My brother works at Starbucks in another state so I asked him if it was hard to get those drinks mixed up, he said no they shouldn’t being mixing it up. I’m tired of my drink always being messed up. Do better

One of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Sorry, but I’ve been here for a year and a half and I’ve never had a good experience. The drive thru lane is so awful, not totally their fault, but their SLOW service makes it unbearable. When I go into the Starbucks it’s no better. No one is friendly. It’s also just not a welcoming atmosphere. Needs new management or something I don’t know.

Filled my cup 2/3 full, even with the foam. And this is the only drink I have had the morning, having stomach issues now. Well not be back
