I was very disappointed with the customer service during my recent visit. When I tried to order two drinks with cold foam, the barista told me it was “impossible” to put the order in—something I’ve never experienced at any other Starbucks. It was clear she simply did not want to make the drinks, and instead of offering a solution or even basic courtesy, she ignored me and made me feel like I was an inconvenience.
Cold foam is a standard option at every Starbucks I’ve been to, so the refusal felt unprofessional and unnecessary. If a customer requests something the store is fully capable of making, the staff should be willing to help rather than dismiss the request.
I hope management addresses this, because customers deserve better service and respect.

This is a big Starbucks and a new building. The staff are nice but they're working stuff out. When you go there expect a 10 minute plus wait in the drive through. Fortunately, if I have time, there's a Dunkin down the street. I try to avoid Starbucks until they recognize their employees' unions and treat other nonunionized employees better. For what they charge, they should pay above poverty wages.

New Starbucks Alert ‼️ (Opened April 2024) It’s a beautiful location with still that new store smell. Ahh 😌‼️
Stopped by here and stayed awhile on business trip.
Baristas were friendly and accommodating. You can tell since they opened it has been accepted well by the locals.
Once you step inside, you will find modern lighting. My personal favorite is by Pick-Up counter.
They offer good amount of seating on the left side. Against a window, leather comfy bench with seven tables and additional seven chairs. In the middle of the room you’ll find three round tables with 6 leather and wooden chairs.
Outdoor seating has plenty accommodations, as well. At main entrance you’ll find six tables with twelve chairs. On the side of the patio, they offer seven tables with fourteen chairs.
I really enjoyed working at this location. Everything was clean, including restrooms. Music was at good volume for you to converse without feeling like you need to raise your voice.

The evening/afternoon staff at this Starbucks never ceases to amaze me! They are the kindest most polite people! I started going daily when my mom was in the hospital as she loved to have a Starbucks in the morning! After she passed, I continued my almost daily stops. They are not just prompt and professional but they truly care and go out of their way to make your day better! The customer service is amazing! Five stars is just not enough to rate these amazing people! They never knew what a hard time I was going through on those daily stops but they were a perfect example of “be kind because you never know what someone is going through “!! They are truly awesome humans!! Oh and their iced white mochas with caramel crunches are simply the BEST!
