The man came from outside smoking, never washed his hands smelt like a cigarette,his appearance was very unkept,seemed to have an attitude,said he put packets in the sack, nope, he said they didn't have any, but the young lady got me some, she was very nice and clean.

Wasted my allotted lunch time waiting for them to bake bread and take online orders and then they were never able to take an online order even though someone working there told me they were going to "turn it back on," whatever that means. There are better restaurants in town that actually want to take your order.

Ordering was tedious at best, then I sat at the window and watched inside while the employees tried to figure out whose order was which.Finally got my order and my son and I got mild food poisoning from what I can only assume was bad mayo as that was the only like item on our sandwiches. Could finish them, $35 wasted on two sandwich combos. Won't be back. The Richmond road location is always good.At least the young lady attending the window was polite and friendly.
