Was actually impressed, from about 7yrs ago I stopped in and it took about 15min or more before anyone even noticed 5 adults at the counter. So I thought I'd give it another try. Fairly good size order. And it was ready about maybe a min after we ordered. So thanks for a great job and well made. Happy New year ?
It’s usually hard to find the perfect Taco Bell in tk but the one on new Boston rd have to be the worst, I ordered 2 simple burritos as they come and one came pretty much with no chicken, the lady at the window “Alexandria N”customer service is just terrible keep the younger ppl there too old not to be able to answer simple questions from a paying customer.

Went to make a huge order at lunch when it was raining. Lobby was closed due to a problem in the dining room. Went directly to the window to order not to get wet. Worker came to the window and said I must order through the drive through station. Keep in mind no cars in front or behind me.I decided to leave. This store made it too hard to do business.

Friendly staff, but honestly this location is going downhill. Not the cleanest, multiple menu items unavailable, ice machine empty on broken, one of the lobby ordering kiosks broken, door opened but wouldn't shut, and my order was wrong. But I mean the food was warm and basically everything taste the same at taco bell.

I Went And Got Us Super, Taco Bell was Quite Busy For A Week Night. I Was 3rd N Line At The Drive Thru.. I Ordered 4 Taco Pizzas. Oh My, They We're So Delicious. Every Vehicle Was Having Too Pull Over and Park To Wait On There Order. The Service Was Outstanding. The Lady At The Drive Thru Was also Bringing Out the Orders. Our Order Was Exactly As I Ordered.(No Tomatoes) And They We're Fresh, Hit And The Best I Had Ever Bought. This Was The Taco Bell On New Boston Rd. Customer Service Was So Friendly, Professional and Super Nice.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking Available Across From Front Doors
