Came in ordered via automated machine things went well until I recived .y order. I took it and sat down only to realize my drink cup wasn't on the trey. Not a big deal right went back to thw counter and stood there for several minutes while6 employees worked preparing food for drive in all of which made eye contact with me then totally ignored me. I waited patiently for a few more minutes. At that point it was clear no one was coming to help me so started saying excuse me finally one of them very hesitantly came over and got me a cup. The staff seemed very hard working to make their fmdrive through numbers but had no desire to take care of a customer that wasn't being supported by metrics...

I ordered a $7 chalupa box with Diablo I didn't know it was going to take 30 minutes just to make a simple $7 box not only that but all of the Diablo sauce they gave me didn't have any sauce on it it had air in it absolutely terrible place to get Taco Bell don't make the same mistake I did

The employees this evening were bad. They put about half the normal on the burritos, and refused to give extra red sauce when it was paid for. Spoke with the manager on duty, and she had no concern for any complaints. These people seriously need some help. More training on food preparation, and social skills.

This Taco Bell is better during the day during the week. For some reason Sunday afternoon, quality dips. They didn’t put red sauce on the bean burritos so I asked them to remake them. They remade one. Maybe two, out of five.
