Got told to leave and go thru the drive thru even though door was open was using the self service counter and paying with card no signs was halfway thru my order left not coming back

Service was fast and friendly. I was waiting behind people ordering at the kiosk. A lady behind the counter finished what she was doing and asked to help me. I didn't have time to get set down before the order was ready. I didn't see the condiment station and assumed you had to ask, so I did. A young man smiled and in a friendly manner came around the counter and helped me. I felt silly but he was very nice. This is the one on St. Michael Drive.

I went here on 5/14/25 at around 11:10pm. I pulled up to the drive-through to order 6 normal crunchy tacos and a side of cinnamon twists. I had to repeat my order to the guy at the microphone like 10 times. I was pretty much yelling, and he, for some reason, kept misinterpreting "6 crunchy tacos" for steak tacos? I had to spell out the number 6 to get him to understand. At that point, I thought that he was messing with me or something.
And after all of that hassle, they forget my cinnamon twists. Also, absolutely no courtesy at the window from the lady that was there with him, no hello how are you, have a good night, nothing. I can say that the guy at the microphone was polite through the whole order, though.
Anyways, my 6 tacos WITH NO CINNOMON TWISTS were good, nonetheless.

There is a sign on the speaker with slang wording that more than half the customers aren't going to know what means. It's pitiful when management cannot speak/print in English for their customers to understand.

The food is usually fine, But it’s the girl taking the order and at the window that is the issue. You can’t even get a word in before she’s yelling “ANYTHING ELSE” in your ear. If you’d just let people finish their orders maybe you wouldn’t scoff and huff and roll your eyes and maybe even get an order right since you didn’t even listen enough to get my drink right. 2 times it was wrong but i was tired of the eye rolling.

I placed an order via Uber Eats and when the driver arrived I asked if there was a drink and he said no that he'd even asked if there was supposed to be a drink with my order and was told no. He said the employees were in a bit of a tiff at the moment and not really paying too much attention to what he was saying. My receipt even shows a large Dr Pepper on it, but there was no drink.
