They make the best food at any taco bell location in Texarkana but the woman working the drive through window is the rudest woman I've ever had the displeasure of having to talk to. I'm going to keep coming for the tacos but that woman needs to be prayed over and a serious attitude adjustment. She is obviously very miserable and hates her life and it shows.

I know everyone has downsized, but the tacos seem so tiny.

6 PM on Christmas Eve with a line around the drive thru because the lobby was closed, only to get up to the speaker for them to say they were closed

This place was more than disappointing. Taco Bell has let me down. I sat in line for exactly 47 minutes with three cars in front of me and finally I realized hey I can get my confetti slush. Oh but no there’s more, I then pay for my confetti slush, exactly $4.87 just for them to tell me that they’re out of It. They then proceeded to tell me that they can’t give me a refund because the machine wasn’t working. Y’all will be hearing from my lawyer soon. I am pissed. Do not go to this Taco Bell. Everyone goodbye.

Walked in with a door dash order stood at the counter for 7 minutes before someone even greeted me, then waited 15 minutes for the food. That is crazy!! Door dashers depend on speed for our money!

Terrible and rude service. Black girl at the window had an attitude and essentially threw our order out the window. They forgot half our order and we didn't realize until we got home. Not the first time I've gotten sassy mouth's lip and incorrect order.

The employees are rude and nasty and so is the manager. I looked for a complaint hotline but apparently this sort of behavior is fine with taco bell. Otherwise they would at least hire a manager with some class and decency about her. But with that in leadership what can you expect from the employees? Ha

There’s 9 cars waiting for their food. No new customers in the drive through. An attendant is parking us instead of helping the 1 cashier / cook in the kitchen.

It’s chaos and ridiculous to wait 30 minutes for Taco Bell. I’ll never be back to Richmond again road… giving it 5 more minutes then disputing the charge and flagging this merges and doing a chargeback! Who owns this location!!

The lady working at the drive-thru was really rude to customers — please leave that attitude at home.

At almost 2:30 in the morning I DoorDashed from this specific Taco Bell. The dasher called to inform me that my order would have to be cancelled because they had no Beef. (If anyone knows it could take days to be refunded money) I decided to call the store to see what could be done. I spoke with a lady by the name of Keisha. She was so polite and so understanding. (My sister in law is in the hospital from having a hysterectomy yesterday morning and just got the okay to eat solids) Keisha fixed my order for me immediately with no hesitation. Taco Bell that lady deserves all the raises. ❤️

Been to plenty of TB’s, and this was the worst food I’ve ever had. Bread so stale it was like it was left out for weeks. Smallest serving of meat, at first I thought they forgot it all together. Def won’t go back.

I placed a mobile pickup order at 6:00 PM, and the confirmation stated that the order would be ready by 6:16 PM. I sent my son to pick it up, and he arrived at the location around 6:19 PM, well after the promised ready time. He had his mother's phone with him and went inside to ask about the order. However, after about 30 minutes passed with no update, I decided to go in myself since it had been 40 minutes since I initially placed the order.
When I asked about the status, the staff told me that my son “never told them” he was there to pick up a mobile order. They claimed they couldn’t start preparing the order until they were notified by the customer. This made no sense to me. The whole point of placing a mobile order is for it to be prepared ahead of time and ready by the promised time — especially when the app clearly said it would be ready by 6:16 PM. If a mobile pickup requires the customer to notify staff again upon arrival just to begin preparing the order, then what is the purpose of offering that feature?
Even more upsetting was how rude the staff were. When I brought this up, one of the employees bluntly said my son “didn’t say crap” and accused him of just sitting down and not talking to anyone, which is completely untrue. My son was made to feel insulted and embarrassed by the way he was spoken to. The way the orange-haired staff member in particular treated us was extremely unprofessional. She raised her voice, blamed my son, and handled the situation poorly. The manager was no better — dismissive, defensive, and completely unwilling to accept any responsibility for the delay or the poor treatment we received.
This is the first time I’ve ever had to verbally notify a store to begin preparing a mobile pickup order, and the experience was disappointing and frustrating. We deserve better service and basic respect as customers.
