We just had the best experience at Texas Roadhouse. My wife and I had our first date at Texas Roadhouse and we went tonight to celebrate our 10th anniversary. We told our waitress Jaylen about our meeting for the first date, and she was so thoughtful and got a card and had the employees sign it for us. It was so sweet and thoughtful and it just made our night! Great job Jaylen and Texas Roadhouse!!!

I love the Texas Roadhouse new location ?. Spacious inside and outside. There are no longer issues in finding a place to park. The background music ? is at the right volume level, where you actually hear the conversation of individuals sitting at your table, and peanut shells are no longer scattered over the entire floor. Customer service continues to be awesome and the food continues to be delicious.
This trip we didn't have a very good experience like we always do. We saw our waitress and she took our order. Someone else brought our food ,my plate was not right an no one returned to our table at all. No one came back for me to tell my plate was wrong,our glasses never got refilled an when I stopped another waitress and then again to a waiter to please send my waitress over no one ever came back. We then paid in the machine at the table and left. We both were very disappointed. We made the attempt to stop people to ask for help an they said they would send our waitress right away and no one ever came. We usually always enjoy our food and the staff are usually friendly and helpful but this time we had a very bad experience.

The wait was less then 5 min. The waitress was OK. We went for my sons birthday because we loved the free chocolate cake and ice cream but according to waitress, they have never done that before. A little disappointed.
