I scheduled an online pickup for about 8:15 in the morning. I've never been to this Tropical Smoothie before; I passed by the store because I thought it was closed. The lights were off, and the chairs were still on the table. I walked into the store where they normally have the pickup orders, but my order wasn't there. I had to go to the counter to get it. My order was missing some of the ingredients, but I didn't have time to fix it because I was running late. They opened at 7:00, and I don't understand why they still looked closed at 8:15.

I always order on the app, so only have pick-up experience, but everything I've ordered here is on-point, and the staff is helpful when needed. Finally tried several of the entrees this week (thanks to the special!) and they are all SO good!

They left half of my order out of my bag and I didn’t realize until I got back to work. I tried to call and talk with someone about maybe getting the money back for items they literally charged me for but didn’t give me and they told me no, and that I had to drive all the way back there to speak with someone. That is seriously not feasible on a busy Friday during normal business hours. They made no effort to make this right. Super rude, and unhelpful. I will not be back. If I could give no stars I would.

Omg I have lived in Texarkana since 2018 and when I say this place is great omg I had the Bahama Mama smoothie and it was my first time coming here omg you will not be disappointed I am on my weigh loss journey and these smoothies are great and they fill you up so I usually get one for breakfast ?

You don’t even want to order here anymore because of the staff. It’s a bunch of unsupervised kids who are rude and make you wait extra while they vape or gossip. Such a downfall.
Stopped in around 11:30am last Tuesday on the way home from Hot springs heading to DFW. The place was empty and the sole worker was sitting at a table when we arrived. As we began to look at the menu , she says to us “ just so you know, I’m the only one working and I’m only doing smoothie order or Food not both …. OR online order only . “My husband and I were taken aback and bewildered and it took us a second to process that she was refusing to make both a wrap and a smoothie for our order. She did confirm that yes she wasn’t doing both. We thought this was not only strange but downright ridiculous and unprofessional. We didn’t see the point in arguing with her so we left. Whomever owns this establishment should reconsider the quality of your employees.

My shake was awful and could not be suck from straw with my last visit because of too much ice. They change employees a lot, your smoothie does not always taste the same.
