Ordered a peanut butter smoothie, peanut butter paradiseand added strawberries. It was well made and the southwest wrap with no meat, add avocado, great choice for breakfast, it was very tasty!

I order a delivery and this is what I got so I paid delivery and tip to only have to get up and take it back and get what I ordered I will not use this location anymore and if I have to fight Richmond rd traffic I probably want use at all

Whoever that young lady is working the register is extremely rude … 6/27/25 @8:05pm Never greeted me & my husband not one single word until it came time for our total Then after we got our food I realized I never got a side with my wrap so I asked her about it and her words “ you never told me what you wanted “ Mam… I was never asked nor do I work here… please do better 🙏🏼

Gave us the wrong food & not even close to what we ordered. Asked to speak to the manager and won’t give a refund or remake the food when they messed up the food. Opened the wrap and it wasn’t even closed the food fell out in the bag.
So I came in at 8:48 and was told that they can’t fix nothing because they already cleaned up but the open sign was still on and doors were still open but was advised that they close at 9 I was confused because I know the Açaí bowls are really premade anyway. If y’all choose to close early than the time of the business hours, then lock your doors and turn off your signs

I scheduled an online pickup for about 8:15 in the morning. I've never been to this Tropical Smoothie before; I passed by the store because I thought it was closed. The lights were off, and the chairs were still on the table. I walked into the store where they normally have the pickup orders, but my order wasn't there. I had to go to the counter to get it. My order was missing some of the ingredients, but I didn't have time to fix it because I was running late. They opened at 7:00, and I don't understand why they still looked closed at 8:15.

I always order on the app, so only have pick-up experience, but everything I've ordered here is on-point, and the staff is helpful when needed. Finally tried several of the entrees this week (thanks to the special!) and they are all SO good!

They left half of my order out of my bag and I didn’t realize until I got back to work. I tried to call and talk with someone about maybe getting the money back for items they literally charged me for but didn’t give me and they told me no, and that I had to drive all the way back there to speak with someone. That is seriously not feasible on a busy Friday during normal business hours. They made no effort to make this right. Super rude, and unhelpful. I will not be back. If I could give no stars I would.
