Cristy was our waiter, and she got our order perfect, and brought the food quickly. The carrot cake was especially good.

What a surprise! Randomly picked by reading other reviews on a long car trip passing through Texarkana- is almost worth to arrange a stop and find a hotel for the night. The restaurant has an extensive and creative menu. The bar area is cool and if I had not been driving it would be a great place to spend the evening with friends. A must visit.

Prices are high flavor was ok . Had a mushroom and Swiss burger . Swiss was like rubber couldn't cut through it. Burger had good flavor but very greasy. Garlic aioli was strong on the garlic and over powered anything else . Maybe just a bad night . I will say it's a good size burger. Fries that came with the burger were good

Made a reservation for 7:30 only to show up and be told we had to wait 15 min for a table. Defeats the whole purpose of a reservation. It was our anniversary. New place to us that we wanted to try. Needless to say we left and doubt we will be back because that's part of the restaurant business where you make sure you have tables available for your reservations because that's guaranteed money. We apparently weren't important enough.

Not worth the price. Rated 3 stars a few years ago, the resurant has raised prices and lowered quality of food since that time.

My family surprised me for my 50th birthday at Twisted Fork. Their banquet room is very roomy and great for these kinds of parties. The service was impeccable and the food was amazing! Would highly recommend for your party needs!

Love the atmosphere, service and the food! You can never go wrong. Also, they have some of the BEST cheesecake specials in Texarkana!

This restaurant has the best sirloin in town! Two visits now, and both times the sirloin was tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection with good marbling throughout. Service is top notch and the other dishes were well done too. Allergies were understood and delivered on too. Options for booth, table and bar dining. Definitely a great place for a meal with company, young kids, or an intimate occasion.
