Food is so good and authentic, the service is great. Hidden gem in downtown tk that won't disappoint. The portions are huge! Definitely worth a try.

Really neat hole in the wall place that's a great place to get some Italian style food.

The lasagna noodles were a bit chewy and the sauce thin. I expected more "bite" from the spices, but it was adequate.

We wanted to find a good pizza place downtown. We didn't really know if this was open. There is no big signage...nothing screaming for attention to come in. Well, on one of our DT walks we stopped and asked for the hours. A few days later, walked over with the family for dinner. The pizzas were terrific, with really fresh ingredients. Grandma came and they accommodated her food allergy. We met the owners Alex, who served us and Moses who cooked up the food. They were both delightful! It would have a 5 stars in my book with a little more ambience. Food is 5. It's an older building with that old building kind of smell to it. The aroma of hot, delish pizzas soon takes that away.

A great location in downtown Texarkana. When you walk in, you feel like you are walking into an authentic Italian eatery in Italy itself. This was the second time I have eaten here and each time there wasn't a lot of customers. Inside, the building is pretty warm, which may because it's an older building and has poor insulation. But let's talk food! I started out with a Cesar salad, which was good, but nothing special. For my entree I had the meatball sub and it was fabulous! Each part of it was amazing, from the bread, to the meatballs, sauce and cheese, all was very tasty! My wife had the chicken parmigiana and she said it was very good and she's picky with her pasta, so that's a really good thing! My only suggestions is to have more items on the menu, maybe some seafood options and a wider selection of drinks. There is no alcohol and all sodas are served out of a bottle. Also, the bread that comes out before the meal, wasn't anything special and when I go to an Italian place, I'm expecting great bread! Overall, a great little place in the heart of Texarkana!

Via Roma was delicious with an excellent atmosphere. The family made you feel right at home. The first time we went their son opened the door and escorted us to our table with his little bow tie. I miss the original restaurant and I hope the owners will be able to open a Texarkana location again. Best wishes to the owners of Via Roma, we miss you.

What bothers me most is the quality of The Via Roma in Hot springs Arkansas is PHENOMENAL!Not Texarkana's, the food was editable and the pasta was cooked well but not for the price.$2.50 for a can of Coke? Thanks though for the plastic cup and ice, it was warm in there that day.I have some advice, get with owner or at LEAST experience this restaurant and understand what I mean, PLEASE!If you can not produce, sell, may be to the Hot Springs owner and operate with proper guidance and atmosphere and skill. Not again, sorry. Verona's here we come, again.Greatest wishes, but please take my criticism to an understanding.

1st these star ratings are very subjective and don't tell the whole story.Food looked amazing, good size portions so you can take home. Now I am not a sweet Italian food person, I like spicy food. Good YES!! Really good, but sweet, if you remember Monjuni's. Mozzarella sticks were fair.....salads were large and really good.Service was very fun and festive....super friendly.

We just didn't have a good experience. I don't know if this is typical of this restaurant ? we found on maps and ranked high. It was 88° inside. The waitress was friendly but it just didn't make up for it. Food was alright. Doused in onions. And I love onions but a little overboad. Bathroom light wouldn't stay on. There was a dead fly in my salad. Which im sure doesn't happen a lot because it looked clean and so did the kitchen. Just wrong place wrong time.

Almost hidden on Main Street, this little authentic Italian restaurant was a big hit with my family! We visited in April, this year 2022. The owner's have been restaurant owners for quite some time, but they're in a new location and they practically ran the whole place just them 2. They are very nice and welcoming! Everything we got was great. I asked for a side of marinara, and he made it from scratch on the spot!! The crab appetizer is wonderful, didn't care for the minestrone soup. The prices were just right! The sauces and pasta were delicious.. I just wish they had yummy garlic bread knots to dip in olive oil and balsamic That would be an added bonus! We will be coming here more

We thourghly enjoyed our meals, but if I had it all to do again I would have tried the pizza. I saw one come out as I was finishing my meal and it looked amazing. The place has a terrific vibe and the owners were very friendly. I can't wait to try that supreme pizza.
