Love the Waffle House crew on Summerhill road! I eat there way too much but they are all so great and they get my order right every time. My ONLY complaint isn't even against Waffle House but against the other patrons that play their videos and music on speaker at the loudest volume possible because, ya know, we all want to hear what you or your kids are watching.
Our waitress was absolutely wonderful! She works graveyard and we came in at the end of her shift this morning, we sat and listened to her carry on several different conversations and she treated all her customers including us as if she knew everyone for years , and I wanna give a major shout out to the cook, idk what he did differently from the other waffle house but I ordered the same thing I always get from the state line location and was shocked at how much better everything...
Really appreciated how quick and efficient our server was. I don't remember her name unfortunately but the food was ordered and set on our table within 10 minutes of sitting down. It was piping hot and our waitress made sure to check in on us a handful of times. She was kind and polite and had a smile on her face. Everyone there from the people eating to the workers all seemed in cheerful moods which really boosted the atmosphere. It was a little cold in there but I can only...
