Out of sweet tea when I arrived even though my order was placed online . They didn't realize they were out until after my food was resdy, so I had to wait and ended up with lukewarm food.

Very long wait, and my food was not fresh. Will not be going back.Parking: This location is terrible as far as service and parking. Because the service is so slow and backed up at Drive thru and other cars be blocking you where you can't get out.

I really loved this store until I just had a lady be very rude because she was calling my number out and I didn't hear her. They give you a card with a number on it that you put on your table everyone else that works here use their eyes and look for the number on the table but this lady apparently was having a bad day I just wanted to whisper out the number rather than use her eyes to look at the numbers on the tables if this method is too difficult for them maybe the company should come up with a different method of giving the food to their customers. Also my biscuits and gravy had no sausage so why even eat it.

We drove from Dallas to this whataburger to meet up with my dad for lunch. It's half way point from where he lives and where I live. E everyone there was so friendly and even got our order right. I even told the boss that this whataburger is better then the ones by my house.

Not the best customer service. Someone is always yelling or upset and the drive thru customer service is the worst. They couldn’t even figure out how to reprint a receipt for me. When I go inside to order they are a bit better but sometimes they are more focused on goofing around than doing work.For is mostly look warm

When I went in this Whataburger, it was full of life. The music was on. Everything was going great. It was early in the morning, but the restroom that bathroom is the only reason that I got to give them a two star food is always good cause they basically try to cook it fresh to order. The outside was clean and hallway needed to be clean and I just felt like it was just too early for the restroom to look like that it looked like it was 1000 people in the kitchen and the rest room should’ve been cleaned and I just think per fast food restaurants that they need to hire somebody just to clean the lobby in the bathroom only that’s the only job they do they can ask to be held back cooking cashier in Outside maybe two with the parking lot because these restrooms stay clean we do not want to come in a restroom at 4,5,6 in the morning and is disgusting that just don’t make no sense so other than that great Whataburger if you don’t eat mushrooms, you suck get a burger with the mushrooms on it when I tell you it is so good it is ridiculous it don’t make no sense and what aburger patties you can taste the seasoning
Food is usually good. Workers are friendly, but you can tell they aren't thrilled to be there. Location is a bit shady, but easy to access.

??♀️I wish this wasn’t the location closest to me but I will drive to any other location from now on..huge disappointment and inconvenience but unfortunately this location seems incapable of improvement. I honestly think my fries were not even fully cooked it was just disgusting nobody ate the fries and the vegetables ?so soggy the tomatoes might as well have been puréed. And if this was only the case every once in awhile I could understand.. but EVERY SINGLE TIME.. It’s shameful to charge $15.00 for ONE meal that is as grotesque as the slop this location offers. Other locations around Texarkana however have been great . I don’t understand how this location can serve such drastically tasting food. And what’s really bad is even after complaints.. nothing changed .

For $45.26 you get two #2 combo meals with cheese, one kids meal and an extra large fry. The fries were all half full. I’m never going to return. I would post pictures, but it’s not letting me.
