Refused to sell me a six piece of wings. Dude said he couldn’t do it which blew my mind. What restaurant would refuse to sell you their products? The wings are awesome but terrible service. Order everything Togo thru a different company and it’s solid. The store itself is gross. All the tables are nasty just like the floors. Every worker makes it clear that they do not want you there gone so they can close. Which is weird because stay open late and act that way the entire time. Awful experience

The place was empty. They took about 30 minutes to give me my order. I ordered wings and they gave me fried chicken, not wings. They gave me the wings cold, and they forgot the fries

I would l8ke to give a huge shout out to Britoni at wing stop for the very friendly and courteous service, it was our first visit and she made it very pleasant, we will most definitely be back, and the food was awesome!!

CHAMPAGNE HAS AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My spouse & I were in town coming to get dinner for ourselves & our Mother last weekend & we had a few issues online & with our order. She handled our issues with GREAT communication, service, a smile, & proper corrections. We would come back to this location ONLY for her service. GREAT service always makes the food taste better.

Wing Stop Terrible service, my order arrived incomplete, the Doordash delivery man called me to let me know and they wanted to give me points to which I told him not to come back so he needed to take his time. And nothing arrived, I left the order and ran away, so I arrived incomplete, I called the restaurant and they told me the same thing to come pick them up, they forgot to pick them up, or else they would give me points to save, who the hell wants points, I want my complete order, I paid for the food, I paid for the shipping, and I also left a tip for the delivery guy, dial doordash, and that they can't do anything since the restaurant is the one that makes the payment, and the hell, both parties get rid of their mistake, so I paid for it. Food that did not arrive, pay tip and pay shipping, do not order online, no one is responsible, they are sinks, the delivery man blocked my calls to the restaurant, I also had to call them from my daughter's cell phone.

Order was placed to the Stateline store by accident or system error. But when I came into the Richmond road location (which I thought I ordered at) and found this out there was no course of action to promptly take care of the customer. I was told pay again and wait 20 minutes. Nobody had a good way to help other than pay and wait. When your lunch is only 45 minutes and you already drive 10 minutes there. It won’t work. Definitely needs to have management training for instances like this. Take care of the customer. Very disappointed for an establishment I truly do like the food. And to top it off have to wait till Monday maybe to get a refund. Money lost. Time lost. Customer Care not present.
