Customer service is the worst at this location. Gave me someone else’s order twice and then decided to be rude about it. Monitor your employees! They are a poor representation of a multi million dollar business.

Came there and waited for my pick up order for 30 mins and I asked if my order is finished yet and they said they’re working on it but they were so slow and it felt as if they went slower and there was no one else in the store but me terrible service. I don’t recommend this place but I recommend the Wingstop from state line they are faster and better customer service than here.

The service was absolutely abysmal. We came in on a Sunday night and they had more than half the dining room closed down. When customers tried to use those tables there was a heated argument. Definitely not very welcoming.By the way, this argument did not involve us at all. We just witnessed it and it was not a good look for the restaurant.Food was great. No complaints there.

Very good food but took a very long time to get order. Don't know how they do it but some people received their order before mine even when they had more people in there group. I was by myself and ordered 8 wings . 38 minutes to get mine.

I love me some wingstop on Richmond rd I got the atomic wings always great but tonight I Doordash some wings and my door dasher gave them to wrong person I called wing stop as they were closing up to see if the could remake my order they told me yes sure and apologize they had my order ready for me thank you to Mrs Anna the manager there for helping me with my food great service and personality thank you guys

Wingstop is number not number 1 anymore the simple reason is u can't get rolls with your wings only place in town u can't get bread with your chicken used 2 but not nomore it just don't make since no bread with the chicken they go together it's retarded get the rolls back dummy
