My experience started woth McKinnale who took my order he's always pleasant then he took my order and read it back to me exactly like I ordered it got my food it wasn't the way I ordered it Kierra came over listen to my concerns she was very professional and cared about me as a customer and made the situation right food was to die for hats off to McKinnale and Kierra!!! I will definitely recommend this wing stop and I will be back

Very very slow, it shouldn't take this long to make food, and they take food back that they accidentally gave out to the wrong person and put it back up on the rack without looking in to see if the food has been tampered with.
This Wingstop is very good. I love the bone-in wings. I order them Original Hot & “wet” which gives you more sauce. It is so good. I personally get celery sticks and blue cheese as my side. My family loves the chicken sandwich as well. It is always juicy and good. The fries with their ranch dressing is very good as well.

Kenneth which is the male manger told me there is nothing wrong with this picture and they can sell chicken like this. Back storyI called up there when I noticed that it was like that. (Also that drum was hard as a rock) The manager at the time gave me a $10 credit. I went up there to use my credit which they was not able to find. Kenneth was being so rude to me as I was trying to explain why they gave me the credit. Which he told me nothing wrong with the picture. Once I left I called up there which he then hung up on me for trying to understand what went wrong. Don’t go to them.

I ordered online and it said it would take 16-22 mins. I came in 25 mins later. It’s been another 15 mins and I’m still here waiting for the wings - I only order 10 wings nothing crazy.There are like 5 people working - the two in the front are quick but everyone in the kitchen is joking and seems like it’s taking forever for orders. You can see the stacks of orders they have on receipts and just taking their time. There are now a ton of people inside waiting.Just doesn’t seem like it should take that long for wings when it’s a wing store.
