This Hotel n Expedia charged me n I didn't stay. But neither accept calls or offering to give my money back. So no more Expedia again ever, they're just as bad as the trashy hotels they promote!

This place is disgusting. This place has roaches in there room. Stayed there one night and that's all ended up leaving. I spent that same night in my truck two rooms switches and had enough of the roaches.They switched me room that same night and other room had roaches. Don't stay here unless your okay with roaches at night walking on your face and body.

The staff is very nice.The shower does not get over 99°F. The breakfast is waffles, a communal jar of peanut butter with some loose bread. Froot loops/corn flakes and a communal gallon of milk. Seriously the shower water is freezing, the heater at 82°F is warmer.

This has got to be one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. It smells like sulfur inside (everywhere) Only one washer and dryer works so there are people literally lined up to do laundry. I'm going to wear dirty clothes tomorrow because I'm not staying all night to wash clothes. The air conditioner is a household window unit rigged in the wall with duct tape. There is absolutely no hot water. Food all over the floor in the lobby. The floors in the elevator are covered in sticky spilled drinks. If I didn't have a back injury I would have already left and found somewhere else but I'm between a rock and a hard spot. I will be getting a refund, and that's a guaranteeEdit: It only got worse. The breakfast looked like it was thrown together by infants. The only hot meal available was biscuits and gravy and the gravy was so burnt it wasn't close to being paletteable. The breakfast juice machine was out of order so there wasn't anything to drink with your breakfast anyways.If I wasn't in so much pain last night, I most definitely would have stayed elsewhere. I don't care if this was the last hotel in the state, I'll travel to find something else. It's sucks because this place has so much potential but it's begging for mercy. Put a wrecking ball to it and call it a day. Now.... off to buy breakfast

This hotel looked great on Expedia, so I drove 3.5 more hours just to stay the night someplace with a hottub...I can't even describe how disheartening it is to stay at this property. I'm a hotel housekeeper, and I can tell you right now that the room I had wasn't even wiped down in at least a few days, if not significantly longer in some spots. The toilet had hair and grime, the tub hadn't been properly wiped down, and the sink was broken and unclean. The counter was dusty and had hairs on it, and both mirrors in the room had greasy smudges/prints.There was no mattress protector under the bed, just a bare, stained mattress.The fridge was also SO loud any time it kicked on.AC/heat unit in the room (where the windows didn't open) was half falling apart and barely functional.There was also SOMEONE ELSE'S OLD FOOD LEFT IN MY FRIDGE. I mean, come on.The hot tub was empty of water and unusable, and the pool room was locked, as well as in need of serious repair.The gym had the heat blasting so hot that it was unusable, and again, no windows to open and cool it down. The water was empty and the equipment broken and duct taped together in places, just unsafe.The elevator on this property was in serious disrepair as well, broken buttons, missing panels, making loud noises, etc.I felt unsafe and unsanitary staying here, and they don't offer refunds. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this place was really bad.

The only positive was the location. Otherwise, avoid this run-down, dirty, poorly-maintained property. Room was dirty, furniture broken or about to collapse. Wallpaper was torn, and hallway floors dirty. We'll never stay here again, and are considering boycotting Wyndham overall.Walkability: Not walkable. Car is an absolute requirement.

Really happy we stayed here. Lisa was so upbeat, fun and friendly when we checked in, almost forgot we just drove 12 hours through an AR rain storm. Halls could use some upgrades, but rooms updated and gave lots of space for my dog to play. Beds were comfortable too.
