Terrible customer service from a young lady at the drive-through window tonight. The snowcones were delicious and have no complain about that, but the customer service was terrible due to the speaker being broken I went to the drive-through window. I sat there for about five minutes waiting for somebody to come take my order and then two younger girls come out and one comes to the window and was about to open it, but then shook her head and so another girl came in and took the order and I was ordering my first snowcone before I could even finish saying I needed two more snowcones. She had cut me off and said my total didn’t even let me finish my order, so I ordered three snowcones after each snowcone was done. She came, gave it to me and made sure to slam the window Each time was very rude. Never had a problem here before, but this time was not a good experience

Snow cones are always good but the service is absolutely horrible every time I’ve come. Super slow, un attentive, rude, and will just stare at you while you’re waiting trying to place an order.
Doesn’t matter when I’ve come, this is always the case.
Unprofessional and disappointing staff EVERY time.

Here’s the story of how in spent 1hr in the drive through. First. You can’t order at the speaker. I waited 40 minutes to just get to the window. God knows why. Then I order. As I watch it’s 4 teenagers. 1 who is actually making the sno cones while the rest stand around talking to her. I’m all for young ppl having jobs but not to sit there and back up the drive through when more hands could be making more sno cones. Then as if it can’t get worse, they start to make my sons order wrong, I have to correct that, and it was a sonic one, which they didn’t make in the sonic cup I guess they forgot that too. So they just hand me two cups on the side. then they make mine a flat top when I didn’t ask for ask. After 1 whole hour, I’m finally free with the two simple sno cones orders. While the cones are good. I’m absolutely enraged about how out of order the drive through is and that I could see 4 ppl in there 1 doing work out of them all. -10/10 Recommend the drive through

floor was unbelievably sticky. my flip flops came apart after walking a few steps inside.
(they were in perfect condition prior to this.)
hair in my açaí bowl X2!! and wasn’t even filled all the way.
will never return again.

First time going into this store since living in the area, didn’t expect much and being ex military and current law enforcement I needed something to cool down after working all day! The young lady with the red hair that took my order was so nice and understanding is single handily the reason I’m going to recommend everyone I work with to stop by! Best customer service I’ve had in a long time!

I came inside this evening, and was helped by one very sweet girl- the blonde one. a few minutes after that sweet girl took my order and started making it (by herself might I add) 3 other girls rushed to the front, the whole area started smelling like weed, and being lazy and on their phones. Management should definitely reconsider their hiring skills. Kudos to the one young lady that was kind and professional! You rock! ??

Mango in my mangonada was spoiled and sour ! Called to let them know but that was about it, should have gone back and got my money :/ or at least another one but anyway sad!

Do not their acai bowl they’re stingy with everything and didn’t even fill the bowl. The bowl was less than half way full and melted.

Every time I come to this establishment I have to wait at least 45 minutes to an hour for one sub par, mediocre, shaved ice that may not even have all the toppings that I ordered and paid for. I’ve even went as far as to go inside the establishment to give Bahama Bucks the benefit of the doubt just to find the employees in there playing around and goofing off on the clock instead of tending to the cars that are wrapped around the building. The service is utterly disappointing and the attitudes from the staff is just nasty. I would not recommend anyone come to this establishment until they can get their affairs in order. Additionally, for as long as the wait is you would think they would be apologetic for the time they’ve wasted but they are not. The shaved ice is not worth the money they want you to spend and if it were up to me these people would be fired and this place would be shut down immediately. I will never patronize this place AGAIN!
