I have never been into a Baskin Robbins that was full of grumpy employees. They were snappy when I mention a flavor that they didn't have even though it said they did online. It's sad when you get treated as if you coming in is an inconvenience. I will definitely have to think twice about going here again, vs the longer drive up to Marble Slab Creamery and pay the over pricing for excellent customer service. They do say, You get what you pay for!!

Food was excellent but drive thru lady was very rude and seemed as if she did not want to be there. We asked a simple question and she answered rudely and closed the window on us. A Second Lady gave us our order and gave us better service. Will not be going back.

Thursday 12/28, I pulled up to the outdoor speaker with my family, sat there for three min waiting for someone to ask for our order, and when nobody asked, I pulled up to the window to see if someone would notice us and take our order. A guy that works there was sitting with his back half to us, on his phone, and never noticed us. The second man didn’t notice either. I didn’t want to be obnoxious and knock or honk, then have our ice cream spit on, so just waited a few more minutes hoping one of the paid employees would notice. No such luck. After several minutes, we left and went elsewhere. If staff can’t handle a drive through, maybe close the drive through….or find new staff.
