The catfish is not catfish but swai, budget substitute catfish. Kinda disappointing. Swain lacks the flavor of the catfish. But the food was good

Waitress (Aleydha) was extremely rude when asked questions about the seafood gumbo and she kept a portion of my change which for the sake of an argument; I didn't demand it. Because of her attitude, we decided not to eat there and only paid the drinks.

I literally just drove 5 hours back home and I say let's go to Baytown Seafood I haven't eaten all day I want me a nice fish and shrimp plate tell me why I get all the way home get my bags out the car get settled in open my play the shrimp say find me then I call and speak to a guy named Eric who asked me to come all the way back up there I tell him no he says I will have to get a manager places me on hold then comes back and says the manager stepped out can you call back in 5 minutes

This Baytown Seafood is the best one out of all of the ones in this chain. I been to others but this one is the best. Great selection of Seafood. Grilled, fried. Fresh fried oysters. The prices are great. You can get a great combo, many choices, for $21.00 to $ 28.00. You want good Seafood you have to try this place out.

I don’t think I could ever support a business that allows the thing I’d seen and experience at this restaurant. The staff was bullied by this older server who gave dirty looks to other employees and customers the whole time I was present. My food was cold, I got Mexican seafood soup. I asked for a full dressed salad, aware that I would pay for it, the server rolled her eyes and walked away. I never got my salad or a refill. She monitored everyone else’s work but yet my drink was never filled again. I asked for a manager, but she claimed there wasn’t one on duty, which seems to be a regular around here from what I could tell. If the owner is allowing this to happen to his employees, it raises some questions about the staff.
Food was horrible due to it being not even lukewarm, environment is pathetic due to the older server being a bully and more.
I would never bring my family here, glad I checked it out alone.

Food was decent. The chicken was a little tough and stringy. The pasta wasn't spicy enough, I asked for Cajun so I dread what it would have looked like regular. The fish place a few miles from here is much better food and drinks and vibe. It's not terrible here just mid.

The raw oysters always look and taste fresh and the crawfish gumbo has a good amount of crawfish in it. 4 stars because the waitress was also taking care of 5 other tables and did not really have time to check if I need a refill on my drinks or not 😕.

I've been coming here for a few years now with my co-workers. We have never had a complaint and the food is always top notch, which is why we keep coming back. I love the daily specials! The portions are very good and there's usually enough to take home. The servers are nice and great at what they do. I wish I could name them all but I cannot remember anyone but Lucinda.
