Bunch of BS!!! Our kids wanted the sponge bob meal, they didn’t have pineapple slushie, so we ordered sodas, and they refused to give us the pineapple cup, plus you have to pay extra for the pies. Almost $30 damn dollars for 2 damn burgers and some damn tots. So now my 6 year old is not going to be happy because he wanted the cup and slushie. Last time we’ll be coming here period. I had a great experience at the Burger King in Texas City! Travis provided excellent customer service he was friendly, professional, and made sure our order was perfect. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile and treated with care, and Travis went above and beyond. The food was fresh, hot, and served quickly. Definitely one of the better fast food experiences I’ve had in a while. Thank you, Travis and the team at this location!

I went through the drive through window ordered a fish combo, get home open up the food. The fish patty was old and burnt, the lettuce was covered in cooking oil and the fries were stale. I had to drive back to Burger King. I wasn’t happy needless to say. “I opted out on another burger” it just wasn’t worth receiving possibly a second bad burger. I did get a full refund. Burger King on Palmer hwy is just not worth any more.

So I went at 12 AM to get a spicy chicken sandwich and while I was waiting the person brings my food but it was raw on the inside so I left to use the bathroom and the toilet was covered with pee and toilet paper with marks all over the walls so I just left to go back to my house and I almost got robbed my some dude sitting outside he tried to stab me with a knife and he stabbed me in my leg but I choked him out and called the cops and they arrested them so not a great experience
