Terrible. DO NOT USE THE APP!!! We’ve been charged twice now while the app says the card was declined. Absolutely no way to get ahold of customer support. Idc how small of an amount it is, there’s a lawsuit coming.

Super basic. I could probably make a more flavorful philly at home. Hardly any cheese on the ultimate fries, the boneless buffalo wings were Papa John style if you know what i mean. I dont want to be rude but i was not impressed at all. Which is a bummer because I spent $50. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The one in Monroe is the best. Always great food and great service. Definitely recommend and I will definitely be going back.

Had bone in wings. Had spicy lemon pepper and Louisiana rub. Neither one had any season at all. Both were horrible far as flavor is concern. Also fried way to hard. Not enough hands but 4 thumbs down

Oscar’s service is terrible. They informed me I could get a refill on the premium lemonade one time and went back to them only giving me a lemonade on regular lemonade… I also got there and asked to split peach and strawberry lemonade and they said only with large cups.. Oscar walked over big and bad and added a pump of strawberry to the regular cup for $1 making it the price of a large lemonade 🫤 the staff here must do better.

I recently visited Charley’s Philly Steak #739 at Tanger Outlet Mall, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I spent over $33.42, drove 15 minutes to get there, and another 15 minutes back home. Despite having had good experiences at this location before, this time was an exception.There were missing items from my order, and the food, to my surprise, tasted bitter. I tried to address my concerns by calling, but I was hung up on twice. This raises questions about the training and attention to detail among the crew. It's unusual for this location, and I hope there can be a swift improvement. Perhaps some retraining for the staff or cooks could make a significant difference.

For a place within the food court of a shopping plaza, it is an EXCELLENT option, the food is abundant in every sense, very well served, the flavor is delicious and the service and attention are excellent. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
