I love Chic-fil-a and was really excited about getting one locally, but the Texas City location is not up to CFA standards. This one takes longer to get orders out on some shifts. And I have had multiple mistakes with my orders. Hey I'm sorry, but that's practically unheard of at the other locations. So this time, I get home and this is my berry parfait. 🤔🤨

Had a mobile curbside order, checked in and what should have been a 3-6min wait for order to come out to us took almost 30mins and only came out because I called them! They said their screen was messing up...well someone who got there after us got their order before us so SOMEONE knew we were parked in curbside waiting. Ridiculous! Terrible Service!!!

Gotta say, I don’t leave reviews a lot. But I was impressed today, as I was driving off from the Drive Thru line. I didn’t realize one of the sandwiches from my order was missing. Normally this kind of thing happens from time to time wherever you go. What I’ve never seen happen, is a crew member racing out the door calling my name as I was leaving. Letting me know I was missing a sandwich, and handing it to me, in its own separate bag. I wish I would’ve caught his name, but whoever he is, he needs a raise. Best Chick-Fil-A I’ve been to, definitely will be back. 🔥

The Texas City location is very slow and gave me the wrong order after the drive through worker repeated my order correctly. When I said something, they weren’t willing to fix it.

Today while running last minute errands for my child’s 1st and only senior prom, we stopped by to eat here. Great service & good food. No issues. But on different days during the week, with a different crew you will find not so good service.A lot of rude kids at the window & they don’t even acknowledge you and you literally see a turned head & an arm come out the window holding your food. (They don’t even look at you b/c they’re busy talking with their friends). But today (Saturday) all was good
