For a family meal, it is more affordable than other chicken chains. The restaurant is the only place to get fried okra. However, the restaurant needs more seating and has limited handicap parking availability. Restrooms could be cleaner, and parking can be a challenge due to sidewalks being close to the entrance. The service can be slow and they sometimes do not have enough chicken.
