The box of chicken I got was so nasty burnt dried. Where is the manager to see that the cooks are cooking good chicken. The location in Texas City was good before. That's y yall have a 2 star ? review by Google.

First time to Texas city in a long time. We decided on chicken. We pulled into the parking which was empty.. their was only one car there. We pulled into the drive thru and placed our order. The mam said it was a 15 minute wait on chicken, that they were extremely back up on orders. How, the parking lot was empty, so we cancel back out and as we leave there is 4 employees standing around doi g nothing

Ordered in drive thru had to wait a bit but when the food came out it was hot, fresh, and amazing. Will come back again.
Really I know the fellow that works there does this all day but my goodness, he doesn’t have to be as gruff. I’ve asked for salt, “ we don’t have salt” I asked for a spoon good thing I didn’t leave, I would have had to eat my mashed potatoes with my fingers. I got a drink that was 90% ice. The place has chairs stacked up on what used to be a table, the bathroom was nasty. Other than that the chicken was cooked but needed salt because it was so bland.

The service was terrible ordered a 3 piece tender combo for 8.49. The chicken is supposed to be crispy . It was not and the manager on duty Treveon was frustrated with explaining how the recipe was changed . No receipt was given and the food was not changed

This place reminded me why I stopped eating there cold food I got a chicken wrap they couldn't even warm up the tortilla slows can be 20 minutes for one chicken wrap and the chicken was already pre-made
The manager was busy flirting with the staff and it took forever to get my order but they don't care. I'm never going there again

Place needs to be shut down everything from service to food is awful. Orders are always wrong and never have anything ready to go. Place was empty and no chicken ready, order was all wrong. Do not go here stay away!!!!!!!!!!

Here is the deal with this place for everyone here to understand, so that way you can know when to go and when not to go. I recommend going early morning to lunch time when the chicken is fresh and hot. The staff in the morning is way better and they won't have any excuses, they will have everything. If you go any time after 5pm you will have a hard time getting anything because the evening crew does not want to work. They will always tell you there is a wait on the chicken and if you try to order other things on the menu, they will say they are out of it. I've gone here plenty of times to understand how it works. So your best bet is the earlier part of the day. With that being said, they just need to let go of the evening staff and close early. How do you get people rolling in at 7pm asking for chicken, and you tell them there is a 30 min wait? You have 1 job and yal can't do it. Your open for 3 more hours how are yal out everything? If that's the case then close up shop and go home, don't waste people's time. To be honest when they were shutting down churches chicken awhile back, this place right here should have been one of them.
Never go inside. That was 2023.2024: Ordered by Dash, locked in loop that prevented completion with that program.Switched to Maps and Ordered by site function. Things didn't show up in order. Not enough corn. Never take the last piece. I have no idea how it got to look so brown, awful taste. Mixed chicken order missing breasts. Never got mashed potatoes, nor jalapeño bomber order. Went back to get missing items. Same guy said they weren't on order. Can't recommend ordering after dinner hour. And I have no clue if its any fresher then. Stuff just sits and ages, and they didn't serve us any fresh food, except the refridgerated slaw was decent. We will not go back. Sadly just over a mile from us, but we need to find a better fast chicken source. Very sorry chicken story.
