Almost broke a tooth on that pretzel…hardest bread I’ve ever tried to eat…this is the second time so I know for sure I will never ever spend my money here again

This location was a disappointment.
Purchased a pack for breakfast for the next day went to heat up my bun and the entire pack was burnt. It was literally burnt, and you could taste it even on the ice and they were hard very hard when I went to take them back to ask for a refund was told I could not get a refund because it was the next day clearly I hadn’t eaten them Took a little corner. I brought the entire pack back, and was told I could pick another pack but would not be offered a refund. The other buns to chose from were awful as well and I asked if I could have four of the fresh ones and was told I would have to pay up charge. The assistant manager. Caleb was absolutely horrible and very nonchalant as if I was bothering him will not purchase from that location again .

Because this Cinnabon is combined with an Auntie Anne's Pretzel shop, it doesn't do any Cinnabon promotions.

Do not get the Center of the Roll cup unless you like being overwhelmed with cinnamon roll overload. I would order it again. Nice place and nice people working here.
