The food was great. Salsa and chips were served fast and were tasty. Spicier than the usual which is very cool with me. Ask for the green sauce. They really nailed it on this. It's a mom and pop joint and you can tell the owners are in charge and involved. Everything is organized and runs smoothly which was nice to see. Portions are very large and prices are reasonable. We will be back for sure.
Wow! I was not expecting such flavor, ambiance, and affordablility. Great staff, good presentation, and really good food. I had menudo, and it was very flavorful. My wife had a taco plate. The 3 styles of salsa gave good contrast and the guacamole was chunky and seasoned perfectly. If you are ever in Texas City, I urge you to give this place a try; you will not be disappointed.

If you want authentic Mexican food this is a place to go. It's located in a strip mall that served the community but needs some business to come move in with businesses that will benefit the community that surrounds it. The lunch menu has 2 or 3 options to choose from. They don't skimp on portions either. I have not seen a size difference from lunch to dinner. The prices are reasonable.
