We were in Galveston for the weekend and looked online to get some food reviews. All the reviews for Good Dough were amazing and we couldn’t wait to try the food. We were not disappointed. Loved everything we tried. We were there 2 days in a row. Two different workers helped us and both were friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go back!

First time here right when they opened and it was awesome. The person was great explaining everything they had and what the popular items were. Took his recommendations, grabbed a coffee down the street, and ate at the seawall watching the waves.

Didn't get to eat here cause it seems a little pricy but I'm sure it's worth it the family didn't want to eat here wasn't what they was use to. Looks can kill with my bunch lol. But the staff are kind and attentive. Food looks great and the atmosphere is a finer side to a bakery look and very inviting. I felt comfortable here. Wish I would've tried the food though. Next time I get the money I will.

We probably tried all the types of kolaches lol. I really like the dessert ones and the chonky boy. While we were in Galveston, we actually went twice. Both times the staff was friendly. They also have prepared meals to check out. It's definitely worth checking out.

I'm from Indiana and come to the island every year. I love Good Dough! The humorous names are a perfect pairing to the delicious kolaches. The chocolate chip banana bread and cherry cheesecake mousse were also heavenly. 🩷
The kolaches we had were Reggy, Zack Attack, Okie Dokie artichokie, and the Drizz. All are delightful!
If you're near, stop here! 🩷
Will definitely be back when we come back to the island!

Delicious! There is no kolache factory on the island and I don't miss it now that I've found this delicious place. I love the they are open later because I'm a kolache for lunch kind of girl instead of just for breakfast. Great variety.
