Bad service incomplete food. And always take more the 25 minutes to get your food and they don't answer the microphone at the drivethru and when they answer is like 10+ to ke the order first

I go though the Drive though and i order just 3 tacos. Everytime i go and order this it been very inconsistent. I get told i can order it or i cant. I ask today and they said there system changed which was fine but i did not know there was a combo for three tacos. The guy that took my order did not tell about it. The Laby that gave my food was nice i asked her if that was the number to call if i had any issues i think it was Lily she told me about the offer about the 3 taco combo.. But it very frustrating that i order something alot though out the week and it very inconsistent. I could have order the combo but was not told i know for next time.

Horrible experience. I went around 2am was stuck waiting in line for almost 15 minutes. The worker gets on the speaker and curses at the car in in front of me and says we all will have to wait because she has mobile orders to fulfill. Absolutely horrendous behavior, totally unprofessional. Avoid this Jack in the Box at all cost!!!

On 12/11/2024 stop at jack in the box Texas City. At about 10:00 pm . Order my food for 4 people I told them not to give me the old food that was setting there they told me to wait in the parking lot I did and yep I got that old cold food and had to turn back . They did not put all my food in the bags they manager was arguing with the people in another car owned need to check on the workers. We pay for our food and get nasty food and service. Come on. How are you going to be out of everything at one in the morning, isn't that what Jack in the box is known for is having things at one in the morning but I'm like all the other restaurants!?

Terrible. Sat there forever. No cars ahead of me. Woman came over the speaker and told me she'd be right with me. Over 15 minutes later, still nothing. 4 cars pull up behind me in line during my wait. 2 of the cars got tired of waiting and left before i did. Can't even begin to imagine all of the business they're losing while customers wait for the employees to feel like doing their job. Been in the restaurant industry for a long time in almost every capacity, and can truly say that I have never seen anything like it. Absolutely ridiculous. Worst customer service, worst restaurant period in all of Texas City, and that's really saying something. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Better to wait in a line of 10+ people at Whataburger than to be 1st in line at Jack in the Box

B-Rant B-Rant

Everytime I come to drive through between 12am -3am the wait is always 30 minutes or more. You can never get fast service at this time at this location. Food is barely warm when I get it. I am in drive through now waiting and have been in line for 35 minutes when there are only 4 cars ahead of me.

By far the worst place to pick up food, I arrived at 4:35 am to pick up a small doordash order and once I had arrived at the drive thru nobody responded and then I had to pull forward to window to check what was going on and again nobody was even there, another car arrived and I could hear the ringing through the window, nobody ever came to help I am so disappointed in the employees
