They are so nice on the lunch shift. The manager made sure he understood my order I had placed online before having it made. Then he made sure the person preparing it also understood my order. I have had other places get weird about me ordering a burger without a bun due to my gluten sensitivity. They totally understand and took care of me. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. I haven’t had Jack in the Box this good in a long time. I will be dining here more frequently now....

Went through drive-thru tonight and upon being given food, the guy ask me if I needed anything to which I said taco sauce and ketchup. He then ask me why I needed taco sauce, "did you order tacos?"....no, I ordered breakfast Jack's. Since when do employees question a customers request for condiments?? None of your business!!! I was so focused on his interrogation I totally forgot he didn't give me my drink. Not worth driving back for.
