The food was hot and great! The bathrooms were horrible in all aspects from toilets not being able to flush to questioning the sink soap as you need to wash your hands before you touch the sink as they were gross.
Not a fan of not having napkins and sauces at drink station, yet at register and having to request each item.

They never disappoint! When you order the crispy chicken you’re in for a treat! These ladies can cook! We can’t wait to grab one on the way home! We always grab a leg and talk about how crunchy delicate and tasty the chicken is! OMG YALL! If everyone one knew this hidden place was even there they’d be swamped! By far the best chicken ever! And I have been to Kentucky and they can’t hold a candle to these ladies cooking! There’s love in this food! They all deserve a raise and a bonus!

Pulled up on a Sunday , car was parked in the drive through lane backwards. White girl out of the vehicle talking to an employee out of the back door. They see us trying to get into the drive through but didn’t care. 1 other car parked in the parking lot , assuming the employees car. Then the white girl goes to the mustang and opens the trunk. Still no care at all that a paying customer is trying to get into the drive through to order. There was an open spot near the back door they could’ve done whatever they needed right there instead of blocking the drive through. Terrible customer service in my opinion. Will never return to this location. Don’t do drug deals while you’re at work.

Parking: They have handicap and regular parking.
Kid-friendliness: It is a nice place. The inside is big and open. Plenty of seats for family.

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo the chicken was dry as a rock almost to break my teeth I don't exaggerate the chicken breast almost 4 to 5 hours in the Warmer .I went back to tell her about it she's apologize the Mexican lady with the glasses ? she give me another sandwich but not chicken breast it was one and a half chicken tender still dry but not rock like the chicken breast with single pickle i basically eat the bread with sauce but she was nice

Tonight we decided to stop and get KFC for dinner… when we arrived we didn’t realize they were about to close.. they came over the drive-thru speaker and asked us to pull up pass the window. The manager on duty was Aiden… this young man needs way more stars than 5 more like 50! Not only was he very polite, but also very courteous and respectful his customer service skills were also outstanding. Not only did he turn the fryers back on to make our order but he also took the order of a car that came in right after us… he communicated with us letting us know how long it was going to be.. and we were okay with it… he made our experience very pleasant so great job Aiden! And KFC…

I love KFC...I order from my nearest location when I can. THIS specific location on Palmer highway ALWAYS gets my order wrong...every single time...this stuff is not cheap... Can you at least get the order right???
