I purchase 2 p. Chicken with side. This was the greasiest chicken ever. What are they doing leaving the chicken soaking in the oil. And the Mac and cheese was not good. I ended up throwing it away. Never again

On different occasions I visited this place and the times I visited the young man Ben was great, the drive through he was there and he made me feel good he was polite and has a great personality.. His benignity brought warmed me up.. Another encounter with him I came inside and he was the cook and saw everyone was busy and he came to take my order he was knowledgeable about things and was very friendly and patient with me, I also witnessed him not get frustrated with rude customer after me; Anyway food was fresh and good.. Thanks KFC for having Ben apart of your team heās great

I got an order for regular chicken sandwich and the chicken didnāt even have enough mayo on it to cover the sandwich, it was dressed like nobody bothered and the chicken sandwich was disgusting and had no flavor & my fries were old and too crunchy and dry to even enjoy. ((The fries on the right were from the original order and the ones on the left were from the new order))
I paid for another order of fries and they came out looking good and fresh which is weird why they couldnāt make it fresh the first time. I had to ask them twice to get me an order of new fries because they didnāt give it to me the first time, but the manager on duty was nice enough to comply so thatās a plus. but the sandwich and fries were just not that good.

Such a welcoming atmosphere and great customer service! The manager Brittany, runs a tight ship and itās always been a great experience everytime Iāve been here! Itās clean, friendly, and all around a great establishment!
The store is nasty š¤¢ there are roaches always in the building and even on the equipment the food is held in the employees do not use gloves or have any regards for work place hygiene

The food was tasty and a good value. I had the $7 refill box. The girl at the register did not suggest that I order the $7 deal and was going to let me pay more for the same thing for more money from the reg menu. If I had not seen the sign before I paid her and asked her to ring it in as the deal, I would have more and not gotten the dessert.

Bailey one of the managers at KFC in Texas city is amazing ! A few days back I had recently went to the drive-through and I donāt think it was intentionally, but they forgot to put my extra biscuit in my bag. But today, Bailey make sure that I was well taken care of. I really appreciate her. And the fact that she remembered who I was by name. Good job Bailey!
