Gave me a plain shake with 1 dot of chocolate and I ordered a strawberry shake. Can't even get that right the second time. I got another plain shake with no flavor at all.

This McDonald's is always so clean that you can eat off the floor. I've never seen food on the floor in the cooking area and I go in everyday. People no longer smile so I marked them down for service.

Normally I don't have anything negative to say! But earlier tonight close ro 11pm my granddaughter and I went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 mc value meals and when we got home after making a few stops! One of the nugget boxes that should have had Nuggets in it was filled with mayonnaise!

They never fill the drinks up to the fill line 😒 not uncommon for a large fry to be as big as a medium either

I ordered ONE McGriddle. 20 minutes later they tell me theyre just waiting on the mcgriddle. Everyone is just standing around looking at each other. I had to leave without the sandwich

Ordered curbside and it said my order was ready and still waited 15 minutes for them to bring my food to me and then my order was missing the fries and they said they had to cook them.my question is what were they doing for the 15 minutes I was waiting

i respectfully corrected the employee she made my coffee wrong and gave me an attitude for correcting her and she still made it wrong. my food was also not ready even when i did a mobile order.

Screw us once shame on you, screw us. twice shame on us. We should've know better than to leave before we checked out order, but we had faith in the backing of a global chain. For the second time today we were given the privilege of having our order short served. First this morning, a drink shy on an order for 2 people. How do you screw that up, they have it down to a science. The second time a 10 piece mcchicken. If you go here for a quick and cheap meal they'll throw in a complimentary McMissing For you. The food you do get probably won't kill you but I could've broken out their window by throwing the bun for my sandwich at it. And the sausage this morning tasted more like.... something other than sausage. Texas city mcds do better please.

We ordered apple slices and sauce both times we’ve eaten here, and both times we never got them. They still charged us for them, and when we asked, they said everything was in the order — but it wasn’t. No apples, no sauce, twice in a row. Very disappointing and frustrating that this keeps happening.
