Workers here are great, very generous and willing to help a neighbor out... they are also under new and improved management as well, and I can see hard work and dedication, patience and determination being cultivated here. Worst papa John's I have ever been. My food was way over cooked, took 15 mins longer than they said it was gonna take, and both the workers there just seemed like they hated they're life. It sucked overall and I will never go back there.

I’m so disgusted. I walked in for a DoorDash pick up & I could not help but to notice NO ONE was wearing gloves. One gentleman was preparing a pizza, walking to the front register, touching the computer & receipts then going back to preparing the pizza with his bare, unwashed hands. Not only is that disgusting but the customer service is trash. A woman was in front of me & multiple workers kept walking past her & they paid her no mind. The African American guy behind the pizza boxes who doesn’t even have a clear view of the customers pointed out that a lady was waiting to order. As soon as they took her order, the older lady taking the orders walked right away from me without saying anything, not asking what I needed, if I was placing an order or anything. The same man that noticed the lady before me had asked what I needed & brought me my DoorDash order.

I watched in horror as I went to pick up my pizza and a roach crawled across the counter. I alerted the staff and they killed the roach right in front of me and didn’t even bother to disinfect the area.

Pathetic service, as always. The last time I attempted to order from here, I received a call saying the toppings I selected for my pizza weren’t available so they asked if I wanted to pick something else instead. I did not want anything else so I asked for a refund. The money was quickly withdrawn from my account but to this day, I have yet to receive a refund even though the manager insisted that it should have been refunded.
This time I ordered a pizza with Alfredo sauce but it was so dry and looked/tasted like it only had cheese on it. On top of waiting for my order longer than expected, it was very disappointing to not receive what I ordered. I did not bother calling to let them know because it was already late by the time I received it so I didn’t feel like being bothered.
At this point, I give up on this Papa Johns but would be willing to go to other locations.
