Super dissatisfied. Placed an order ahead of time so I could have lunch with my daughter at school. I work during the week so a mid week day off is rare for me. I came at my pick up time to be told it has not even been started yet. I understand things happen but I place this order an hour in advance. Now I have no time to get a different meal or her AND she has no lunch for the day. (Obviously I didn't pack her lunch) 100% will not be back.

Worst papa John's I have ever been. My food was way over cooked, took 15 mins longer than they said it was gonna take, and both the workers there just seemed like they hated they're life. It sucked overall and I will never go back there.
I’m so disgusted. I walked in for a DoorDash pick up & I could not help but to notice NO ONE was wearing gloves. One gentleman was preparing a pizza, walking to the front register, touching the computer & receipts then going back to preparing the pizza with his bare, unwashed hands. Not only is that disgusting but the customer service is trash. A woman was in front of me & multiple workers kept walking past her & they paid her no mind. The African American guy behind the pizza boxes who doesn’t even have a clear view of the customers pointed out that a lady was waiting to order. As soon as they took her order, the older lady taking the orders walked right away from me without saying anything, not asking what I needed, if I was placing an order or anything. The same man that noticed the lady before me had asked what I needed & brought me my DoorDash order.

I have never had such a hard time placing an order. Papa Johns easily has the worst system out of any of the pizza chains. Do yourself a favor and just get Dominos.
