I bought dinner for me and my grandparents, I placed my order online, and the manager called for confirmation, I was running a little late, so I asked to move the time back. He worked with me and didn't put my pizzas until I called back with an accurate time! Once I got to the store, the atmosphere was clean and put together very well. The employees were very respectful and made sure I got my order correct. I will be coming back!
I wish they still had the flavored crusts options, they were deliciouso!

Looks like we will stick to Little Cesar’s for pizza night. I am very disappointed on how skimpy they were on my Large Double Pepperoni pizza last night. I could have gotten a better made, better sauce, not skimpy on the toppings pizza from Little Cesar’s for a lot less than what I paid last night. I don’t think Yum Foods looks at these reviews but Pizza Hut is not the same anymore from back in the day when it came to a good quality pizza. The sauce on my pizza was so heavy that when I took a bite of my slice, everything slid off bread. Very disappointed in the quality, quantity, taste, and price of a pizza from Pizza Hut

If I could give 0, I would. Ordered dinner for delivery by 715 this evening. Received a call at 716 that they canceled the order due to "being out of dough." Mind you, I made this order 2 hours in advance around 5pm. I called the store, and they hung up on me. This isn't even the 1st issue I've had with this store, and in my opinion, it needs management and new employees. Not worth the space they take up. 3 kids waiting on pizza, and my guess is, the store employees got too lazy and decided to close early. I'm expecting a call from upper management, which I assume will never come, but I am not going to let this slide. Based on all these reviews, something needs to be done about this store. Trust me, you'll never see my business again.

I received my large mushroom free for surveys last week and it was very cold in the warmer and dry to the Max!!! Black lady was polite but even my kids said the pizza was old. So sad!!!

ordered a big dinner pizza box online to have delivered on Friday night at 7:33pm and it was supposed to get delivered by 8:15pm but after two hours of waiting and nothing delivered. I kept checking the tracker on the website but it only got to cooking the pizza but never left the store. I called the customer service since can’t call the actual store and the lady put me on hold for ten minutes and said she’d come back after she gets ahold of the store but I hung up after ten minutes. I called back again and the same lady apologized for having me hold for ten minutes and then tried to get a hold of the store and she couldn’t because the store system was down that night and she would leave an email for the manager at the store to call me back about the order. They never called me back and I still don’t have the pizza nor my refund. They obviously do not care about their customers and that is the last time I order anything from Pizza Hut again.

After seeing the commercials on the new Chicago Tavern Style Pizza, I couldn't wait to check out this style of pizza. We ordered 2 Chicago Tavern Style Pizza, and it was so disappointing. The pizza wasn't cut square shaped. The pizza looked old and over cooked to the point where it was the same color as the black olives. The "employee" or "manager" looked under the influence of something. She tried to argue about why the pizza wasn't cut square shaped. Ignoring the fact of why I was given an old and burnt pizza. I will never get a pizza from there again because the standards are very low. I wouldn't recommend anyone to get a pizza from this establishment....

The cashier was kinda cold checking us out. Later she brought out the pizza to the parking lot for us. The pizza was great as always but the pepperoni love could use more pepperoni. The cost also went up more than I was expecting... It's definitely cheaper to order online.
I ordered a pan pizza with extra pepperoni and italian sausage. they put 4 pepperonis on it, and when i asked them about it they said that it's "the standard" for extra. 4 pepperonis? tf is the normal amount, 2?

At 4:00 on July 4th I walked into Pizza Hut at 2305 Palmer Hwy, Texas City with a bathroom emergency, I'm 62 and the lady behind the counter said I could not use the bathroom and she smiled at me while she was saying no, she got some kind of sadistic pleasure out of turning this old man down. What happened to common decency in this world? I will avoid this location forever!
