Terrible service. I ordered breaded shrimp and it seemed like they gave me nothing but breaded crumbs. I will not go there again and they still charge me $8 for it.

There's a kid up front named Viktor and you can tell he flat out doesn't care and it shows in the rest of the store. Bad place don't come here.

This place is ALWAYS out of chicken, like how can you not have any chicken? It's all you sell! I could understand if it was not your main item but come on! No chicken? At lunch or dinner time? And store not even busy!

It's ok. Just happen that every time I go to this one on palmer (texas city) I'm always shorted on something. If it's not a side, it's a biscuit. This last time was a chicken. I ordered a 5pc and git 4pcs. I didn't even bother calling them, I'm not driving back for an item. Other than that I guess it's ok. Check your order before y'all leave.

Placed an online order. Waited about 30 before driving up to the store.

Got to the store, a lady was standing in the back on her phone not paying attention, after a few moments another gentlemen comes to the front, asks the name then tells the lady in the back, she goes back to her phone for a few more moments THEN commences to what looks like start making the order.

I waited an addional 15 mins sitting in the lobby before receiving my food like this, luke warm, not even hot.

The sandwich was specifically Xtra pickles, we got none at all.

The food is good. But they don't seem to have the concept of being ahead of the curve on what is cooked. A couple of years ago I had a serious problem with a piece of chicken and had an quite a debate with the manager on that particular topic rather than just fixing it literally the chicken leg I got had so little meat on it that it looked like it had been. Lately they seem to be a little better but it says though they really need to think ahead a little bit and I'm not sure eaten and they just freed the bone the manager was not willing to exchange it. Lately they seem to be better the food is good they need to stay ahead of the curve and I will be back
