My husband and I visited Refresqueria for the first time today. I had the Pina Colada, which was a perfect blend of pineapple snowcone, coconut ice cream, and fresh pinapple. My husband ordered the caramel banana, which was a perfect blend if pecan ice cream, fresh sliced banana and caramel sauce. The desserts were great as well as the customer service. The fruit was so fresh and we received an ample amount. We will be back!!!

But seems like this place hasn’t been running well lately. I mean it took approx 5-7min to be greeted or acknowledge to take our order. Which I had time to waste anyways today but…. Also asked for the wifi password and they don’t know it even though there’s WiFi for guest.
It was better before but maybe it’s just employees the day of the shift idk.

Fast service and snacks were 10/10! So many options and perfect for a Sunday treat. We drove 20 minutes based on the reviews and they didn’t disappoint. Pikadily was the BEST! We also tried the elote and frito pie - all was super fresh and all the to-go was packed perfectly. We will be back!

I went in yesterday and it was my first time there so I didn’t know what to get but this employee with a pink hat helped me out and the food he recommended was delicious, making my experience there incredibly memorable.

Went in tonight at 8:20 and the boy who was working the register had the most unpleasant face. If you’re so miserable with your Job don’t work customer service. We weren’t even asked if we wanted to our food to go and they packed it if so. For the customer service alone we will not be going back and looking for a different place to go spend our hard earned money.

Very bad experience with this place. They get the order wrong and won’t make it good and blames us the customer on ordering wrong she ( Judith) can’t tell the difference between mangonadas and chamoyada. We order a mangonada

For a while now I limit myself to only buying takeout because it is an unpleasant place because of the vulgar music they play before I took my girls and we lived there but it is not a family place they play reggaeton with lyrics that no one should listen to except children like that. I hope they take the opinion into account and change the music because it's a shame

This place is for the dog, they serve with a June the fat connecting rod that has hair painted like a hole, they charge me too much and I don't get back what I hadn't bought, put people who do want to work and with kindness, I'm paying them, they're not paying me giving away and with this one the same thing has happened to me twice
