Like to come here to eat on my days off to unwind and dine. There’s something for almost every mood of craving you’re into. From breakfast, lunch and dinner you can’t go wrong.
We use to start with the chips and queso to start, but once we had the beef nachos that’s our number 1 appetizer! I like the omelettes the eggs are so nice and fluffy, just lacks some salt and pepper. That can always be adjusted to my liking at the table.
Our latest visit we got the beef nachos as the starter and I got the el jefe steak I believe it’s called, everything came out hot and flavorful. My sister got the brisket quesadilla which was great as well.Paired it with an ice cold Coke Zero! The service here is one of the best in town!

I'm so happy to have found this cafe, moved here from Katy and was looking for a good breakfast location like this one. I got a BLT with fries and my husband got barbacoa tacos and onion rings. Service and food didn't disappoint, everyone was friendly and well priced.

I used to be a regular at Rigo's, but this place recently went to shit. Tonight, I paid $31 for a takeout burger, fries and a bowl of soup which was barely a cup. The burger bun was wet with grease. The ingredients I ordered on it were totally wrong. The fries were as limp as a spaghetti noodle. This is not the first time this has happened.
Also, the ungloved cook was shoving food in his mouth left and right while cooking and there was a homeless guy inside the restaurant hitting people up for change.
I will NEVER go there again.

Great local diner in the historic area of Texas City. The atmosphere and the selection make it feel like a little slice of Americana. The food was excellent for reasonable prices, and the service was too - Janelle took great care of us when I went there with my family.

I WENT THERE AFTER CHURCH AT THE BLESSING CENTER WHERE THE OLD UNITED METHODIST CHURCH WAS LOCATED. I GOT THE RIGO BURRITO WITH EGGS, BACON, POTATOS, SAUSAGE, HAM AND CHEESE. IT WAS GREAT AND I ATE THE WHOLE THING. I WAS VERY SATIFIED WITH THE SERVICE, THE FOOD, AND THE ATMOSPHERE ON SUNDAY WAS GREAT. I'VE BEEN HERE TWICE AND NOT BEEN DISAPPOINTED.

When we go visit Mexican restaurant our expectations are that we will be served authentic Mexican food. However the beans tasted like can beans and potatoes were seemed like frozen potatoes.

The super Rigos burrito was amazing! I loved the fresh salsa. It was perfectly spicy. It's in a wonderful old building with great vibes. Great prices too!

Had Paw Paw's breakfast. This is some good down home comfort food. They have a wide variety of choices on the menu as well.
