ive came in 3 separate times (weeks/days apart) and the same exact lady always tells me they ran out of bowls. atp it feels like she just don’t wanna make them :/ most likely not coming back again. also last time i ordered through the app i still had to wait a long time for it to be made, however at least the app didn’t tell me they ran out of bowls.

Horrible service.Whats the point ordering online if you have to wait because all the employees are in the back including the manager.I had to go around the counter to call them.Ask for a refund made me wait again.Never coming back
I visited the Texas City location this evening and everything was very clean and organized. The staff was extremely helpful and professional, I appreciate the amazing customer service.

My guest experience at this location was unpleasant, but I'm glad to see they've come around. The manager was very informative and helped everyone with their individual needs. Even the support staff was kind in her greetings and kept a tidy work space. Good job TXCTY

Shoutout to Jose for taking care of us just before closing time. He gave great recommendations and we loved the new acai bowls! We both got a PB drizzle acai bowl and a smoothie. It was the perfect meal after a tough workout at the planet fitness next door. Great service, great food!
