Order wrong and skimpy on ingredients. My hometown Sonic is like fine cuisine compared to this location.

This place is horrible. Spent good money on a corn dog and they burnt it like it was put in an electric chair. Think of poor John Coffee of the Green Mile frying in a chair. That’s what they did to my corn dog and expect me to eat it!!

Waited in line for over 20 minutes with no service ended up getting out of line parking in a stall as usual pressed the red button and waited another 20 minutes. Absolutely horrible service here!

This is our second time this week ordering from here and both times there have been mistakes. Forgetting items, forgetting sauces, drinks are terrible and not putting onions on footlongs. My God if the employees here cannot follow simple instructions or care enough to pay attention then the manager should be replaced. Take a look at the rest of these reviews and tell me I'm lying. And fix your ice cream machine. After all this is Sonic or thought it was. Never coming back here.

Second time I tried the country fried steak sandwich. 1st time was no mayo on it this time it was so overcooked couldn't eat it. The Dr. Pepper was weak and needed more syrup, at least the tator tots were good. Pretty sure I am done with this place

Courtney was absolutely a breath of fresh air, with her sweet personality and her timely manner made for a all over great experience. Food was okay I tried something new the Breakfast Toaster and it was okay I will modify it next time to fit my preferences! Thank you for being here to take care of us! Oh By the way highly recommend the French vanilla iced coffee
Came back again and Aiden handled my order super bubbly and bright personality with impeccable customer service!! Got slushies for the job and everyone loved them! Another great shout out!!

Honestly if I could give a zero I would but I'm forced to at least give one star.
First when I place the order I tried to be very aware of the fact that people might not be able to hear on the other side and Sonic notoriously has terrible speakers so I speak very clearly. Not only that but I go above and beyond to make sure I give everyone respect when I speak to them ; speaking kindly and actively saying please and thank you. The man who takes order was rude and really answered like it was a bother to take our order.
I stated my order calmly. The item and the size multiple times and when it was read back to me incorrectly or asked to give it again I did with a smile because again, I understand how accidents can happen. I also understand that maybe he just couldn't hear me because the speaker could be faulty and unfortunately I was still given the wrong order. I kindly asked the man at the window if he could change my drink that was mistaken made to its correct order his attitude went from us bothering him ( us just trying to get our correct meal that we paid for) his tone shifted and instead of handing me the food he pushed it into my hands. It was a small gesture but I understood the meaning of it. He was very frustrated with us for whatever reason.
I could totally go into more details but I think I've written enough.
Overall I'm just very disappointed in this interaction..
I also understand that this isn't a representation of all Sonics for example we like the Sonic in La marque next to Walmart. I just hope this employee has a better day tomorrow because today was not it.

This sonic has never served icecream since I moved here in 2019. I don't believe the machine has been broken for that long.

Spent over 50 dollars on dinner for a family of 4 and I ask for extra mayo on a steak sandwich and barely any mayo on the sandwiches.....really disappointed the brown bag special i ask for ketchup only and they messed that up too wont be back to this location I will just drive to Santa fe and get it bc they don't mess up orders this bad
