I was very upset with Starbucks in general for making me drive 45 minutes to return a tumbler. the locations near my home would not accept a perfectly new returnable tumbler because I didn't have a physical receipt. so I had to drive where I purchased it. I'm grateful though because I was welcomed by friendly staff. Kuddos to the the manager Joey, the return was quick and easy.

Waited 15 mints for one drink. Barista girl talked to her friends about a date for 10 mints while producing one drink in that time frame which was made incorrectly and then after 26 mints made my drink wrong.

Finally found a Starbucks I won't go back to, nobody in there and the child that works there was trying to hurry up and make my one iced caramel machiatto I ordered Instead of Taki 10 seconds to blend it so you can taste the beverage you ordered caramel on the very bottom 4 inches of milk I guess and and a other 4 inches of coffee on top I threw it in the garbage ? cause that's where it belongs

Starbucks coffee is a tradition in the US. either. Mexico but it is also a tradition that if you don't have internet there you can get it while you taste your coffee.

The service was good but they didn't have coconut milk for dragon fruit drink, I ordered mango dragon fruit lemonade but I didn't like the flavor as much as in other branches, it tasted more sour than usual. It is always very saturated, I think it needs more space.

Starbucks is not my favorite coffee shop, but this one is nice and well ran. It is clean and the workers are friendly and helpful.
