I was very upset with Starbucks in general for making me drive 45 minutes to return a tumbler. the locations near my home would not accept a perfectly new returnable tumbler because I didn't have a physical receipt. so I had to drive where I purchased it. I'm grateful though because I was welcomed by friendly staff. Kuddos to the the manager Joey, the return was quick and easy.
The service was good but they didn't have coconut milk for dragon fruit drink, I ordered mango dragon fruit lemonade but I didn't like the flavor as much as in other branches, it tasted more sour than usual. It is always very saturated, I think it needs more space.
Had a rough day yesterday and needed a boost of energy, so I came into this location and they greeted me fantastic. Wanted to know exactly what/how I wanted my coffee’s to be made. This crew is probably one of the nicest and caring people I know. Thank you gang
