Some of the slowest service I have ever recieved from a starbucks. Workers were not the issue, there was too many people for the amount of workers and it was a complete mess behind the bar while trying to satisfy all of the orders.
Need to pay a little more mind to rush hour times. I was waiting for my drink for (no exaggeration) 30mins +

I ordered at the drive thru a ice French vanilla latte. Got to the window, they gave me a hot drink, I told them I ordered a ice latte . They went and just poured it in a cup and put ice in it ,handed it to me and said be careful the bottom is still a little hot 🔥????? Seriously.......I never get service like this .

We were greeted place the order. The order was wrong. The hot coffee was over filled to the point it was leaking out. Had to go inside to order the rest of the items that were missing... staff was ok..

The folks at work here are always kind and always prompt with my order. They're so nice, and their attention to detail is always helpful. I love that location ♥️💯
The coffee flavors are too intense. One is overly sweet, one is bland, and one is extremely bitter. And the cup is only filled about four-fifths of the way.

I have gone through several Starbucks and ordered a glass of water with the dried strawberry pieces for my two year old. They try to charge me five dollars for a specialty drink. I was ordering other beverages as well so it’s not like it was the only one! I am not going to pay five dollars for a glass of water with dried strawberries.

This morning my drink was soo good! i had to brag about how consistent Taylors beverage quality is as well as how friendly and welcoming she is! This is my favorite location with the best baristas!
Gave me spoiled milk on Christmas, mind you I’m pregnant. Will be reaching out to corporate.

“Hot” coffee in Starbucks can range from warm to hot to extremely hot. Time they focus on getting the basics right……… probably been focusing too much in changing CEOs!.

I had got the wrong order and asked for them to re make it and the lady at the drive thru was so disappointing and disrespectful I do not appreciate this kind of work ethic , I came there on 11/30/2024 at 3:40 so I didn’t get her name but I hope management does something about her

Came to the Starbucks order a caramel frappuccino. I get my order, and she gives me caramel Crunch. So what she does is wipe off the whipped cream and just puts cream on top again and gives me the frap. I asked her, "You're not going to make me a new one because I can't eat the nuts." The way she made the frap she was so rude I swear if you don't like your job just quit. She was wearing a Hello Kitty onesie. But also it's the person who takes the orders who don't listen when you're ordering as well.
