First time I had a bad experience here, workers were rude and condescending. Wouldn't remake a sandwich that was wrong so we had to purchase another. Won't be back ✌🏼

Place is clean, but they like to lie to you, and they don't make the sandwiches the way they are supposed to be made. They took away the numbers for the sandwiches and then they put a lot less meat then they are supposed to. I know there is a specific amount of meat they are supposed to put on the sandwiches but they put less and when I wasnt happy with what they were doing I was told I didn't have to eat here. Then I was told they put less meat because what they had was all until the truck came in. That's bull crap, you make them the way they are meant to be made and if you run out then the next person will have to pick something else. I have never heard of a place giving less on a recipe for that.

I hadn't been to this place in like 2 years because of their bad service. The lady who works there is a white lady who is a little chubby!! She is super rude and I am serious! I bought some chips along with my order and my child put the chips back and when I went back to get them, (for what I paid) she spoke to me loudly and said NO YOU ONLY PAID FOR ONE I wasn't trying to steal anything I'm not that type of person I only went back for what I paid for... She was rude and another customer had to tell her that my baby didn't grab the chips!!! Subway doesn't seem like quality, the service is terrible, put people in work that really like serving customers!!

My boyfriend had a very bad experience at this location today an employee including the customers we’re laughing at him because he doesn’t speak English and my curbside order was not even done right this person should be terminated for offending someone because of there language. I just got out the hospital and that why I sent him so he can be laughed at. Thai is very unprofessional staff. I’m a Gm in a restaurant myself and I wouldn’t tolerate this kind of attitude towards our customers ??

Ordered through the mobile app and somehow both sandwiches ended up with mayo when neither was requested. One wsa supposed to have extra mustard and had none. My bread was also stale and hard. Ridiculous. Oh and not one napkin.
