If I could give this location zero stars I would. They’re so rude and on their phone as customers are there. Seem so bothered we showed up to Oder food and as soon as we walk out they start closing the store. It was 8:44.

5/15/24Subway y’all are so wrong for this??♀️ picked up an order and y’all forgot to add my daughter sandwich…. You added the apple sauce and juice but forgot the sandwich. My husband went back up there to get it. When he came home I unwrapped the sandwich and this is what y’all gave us! If you hate your job that damn much find a new one

I ordered the meatball sub and the meat was frozen and had no sauce at all. I called the store and the kid on the other end was very rude and told me I didn’t order from his store. After I told him I was looking at the address he still called me a liar. I then told him I would bring the sandwich back to the store and the dude “ Naw you alright boss” and hung up in my face. No customer service skills, couldn’t even apologize for the discrepancy. This Subway sucks !!!

Definitely top tier service! I ordered 2 footlongs (a veggie delight and a sweet onion chicken teriyaki) with “an exceptionally large amount of pickles” and they were FANTASTIC! Best Subway I’ve ever ordered from!!! Truly captured my love of pickles!
