We came in on new years eve...it was hour before close we where a party of 8 4 adults 4 kids..our server Robert s...messed up on the order was not familiar with the preparation of food. My daughter ordered a cheese burger meat cheese and ketchup only but it came out all the way...the kids entrees came out none of them had fries and had to wait...my mother in law mom ordered beef tips w corn for a side wasn't made aware there wasn't any corn until her food came out and the had to wait to recieve her addition side order of carrots which came out cold...my father in law specifically asked if his chicken could be floured only not battered to which the waiter responded yes but it still came out battered and he too ordered corn which was out ,helps order was replaced w a cheese burger and mashed potatoes which came out 20 min after the rest of had recieved our food and the potatoes where cold then when asked for more was told they were out...my mother in law ordered a sirloin steak which came out over cooked...after the mistakes our server never came back out to the table instead another lady kept coming out or we had to get another server for assistance...this has been the worst service and experience me and my family have had at this particular location.
