NOT TO BE RUDE but Micah he said was his name, walking up to APOLOGIZE for wings taking 30-45 minutes being ready, that is INSANE timing!! Then he replied he’s not controlling the kitchen and don’t really care about his job SAYS A LOT!! I’ve been here few times and haven’t had this DIRECT INFO to me, though the food was HOT FRESH when it came out, & clean environment. Worker Micah even apologized to another customers telling them HE DIDN’T CARE ABOUT HIS JOB is not mindful at all PLUS 3 PEOPLE WALKED OUT WHEN HE SAID IT LOL Maybe he had a bad day, at least he was honest, sadly SERIOUS LOL so long wait but great food THANKS WINGSTOP!!

the staff was amazing! friendly, knowledgeable, kind. I had never been to wingstop and to be honest the food wasnt as great as everyone says. dont get me wrong it was good but the hype was overboard. i would go back because the staff was amazing
This Texas city location is clean, the staff is friendly and fast. My order did not take long at all. What I like the most is that the dine in section and the restroom are very clean. The quality of the food is great. I’ll be coming back.

I came to TC store friday night and it was a really good experience. I have been to other Wingstop locations in different parts of town, but this store was the cleanest with the friendliest staff. The food is also the best at this location. The staff were cool and funny and really friendly. Thank you guys for a really good service.

I went to this Texas City Wingstop location for the first time this weekend and let me just say that the staff is exceptionally amazing! The staff is very friendly and welcoming! The customer service was above par, the wings and fries were exquisitely delicious!!! The sauces have a perfect balance in taste and the ranch is aaaa-mazing!! The establishment is likewise clean and orderly. I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!!

First the wait time is unreal ordered online said it would be 15-20 minutes. I get there and had to wait another 20 minutes. Second they got my order wrong. I ordered boneless wings and they gave me bone in, and it wasn’t even the flavor I ordered. Third the staff do not know basic customer service. They just don’t care.
