Just moved to Texas City so I googled wings near me and this place popped up. I’ve been here twice and let me tell you something. This has to be the nicest staff I have come across. Both times, the person behind the counter were helpful in recommending the food. The lemon pepper tenders are so juicy! Keep up the great job, night crew!

I haven’t been to Wingstop in 10 years. Decided to go tonight but I was unfamiliar with the flavors. I believe it was Alecia who checked me out, but she was SO sweet and helpful in picking flavors and helping me customize my food! And it wasn’t just me she was so great with, she was like that with every customer!

Ordered online and got the food an hour later. Corn was not available, they did not call me to mention that, they only mentioned it when I got there. I was lenient and came 25 minutes later than the time wingstop suggested and I still ended up waiting 40 extra minutes. Ranch was watered down. They never called my name to get the wings and the wings were cold by the time I got home.

Stopped by this location for the first time. I was acknowledged immediately upon entering. My order was prepared quickly and cooked to my specifications. Three different team members took the time to come to my table and asked how was the food and the manager that came in after I was already eating checked to see if they took care of me. It’s just chicken wings but today the team took pride in their service.

NOT TO BE RUDE but Micah he said was his name, walking up to APOLOGIZE for wings taking 30-45 minutes being ready, that is INSANE timing!! Then he replied he’s not controlling the kitchen and don’t really care about his job SAYS A LOT!! I’ve been here few times and haven’t had this DIRECT INFO to me, though the food was HOT FRESH when it came out, & clean environment. Worker Micah even apologized to another customers telling them HE DIDN’T CARE ABOUT HIS JOB is not mindful at all PLUS 3 PEOPLE WALKED OUT WHEN HE SAID IT LOL Maybe he had a bad day, at least he was honest, sadly SERIOUS LOL so long wait but great food THANKS WINGSTOP!!
