Dietary restrictions: In trying to eat healthy before my daughter's wedding - the servers accommodated me perfectly. I had a spinach scramble with a side of asparagus and one slice of bacon every morning with black coffee for three days. The morning after the wedding I actually had the same but splurged and had an amazing green apple smoothie. As I was enjoying it, I noticed a man in a white jacket watching me rave about the smoothie. It was the chef! He came to our table and chatted for a while then returned with a sampling of Bread Pudding French Toast with Strawberry puree and a delicious cream sauce. So great! I felt so spoiled and I was. I only wish I could share the pictures I took.

Good food with great service. Ambiance was what you'd expect in a hotel lobby restaurant, sterile with minimal decor, but nice views of the waterway. Buffet brunch had a wide variety of choices, which gave everyone in our party a taste of what they were looking for. Only downside was for $70/person it should include bottomless Mimosas and/or Bloody Mary's, only included (1) small mimosa, then additional cost.
We had a party of 10 and 2 babies in our party. We were seated in an area that was fairly private. Everyone enjoyed the nice selection of breakfast/brunch foods available. Our server was very gracious, too. This was a reasonable priced Easter Brunch in fine Marriott fashion. Afterwards, we enjoyed sitting out on the patio overlooking the waterway. Would highly recommend.
This is my first and only review I've ever left on open table - normally I don't leave bad reviews for anything. (I will only leave a review if it's positive). However, in this case, I don't want anyone else to go to Acqua like I did thinking they're going to a nice restaurant only to find out it's "horrible" food. The food was on par with airplane food, only it didn't taste as good. Airplane food is preferable to the food at Acqua. I honestly can't remember the last time I tasted food that bad. Maybe 20 years ago college cafeteria? Even that food wasn't as bad as Acqua. I had made the reservation for a big group thinking it would be a nice meal on the waterway, and I was embarrassed when we started eating. Everyone left food on their plates because it tasted so bad. & it wasn't just one dish; it was everything. Plate after plate. Didn't just apply to one type of food. We had a large group with a huge variety of food and noone wanted to eat it. I apologized to everyone when we left. I should've researched & read reviews, but I see Acqua does not have any reviews (which is why I'm leaving this here - so noone else goes through what I went through). We spent hundreds at this restaurant & gave a 25% tip, did not complain because it's not the fault of the waitstaff. This systemic food issue is an issue higher up the chain. Putting this review here so noone else has to go through that.
It’s beautiful, with a lot of detail to new improvements.✨✨✨✨✨

I came here before a concert and sat at the bar. I had an eggplant sandwich that was excellent as was the service.
As a former Marriott employee, I can say these employees at this restaurant I interacted with as great employees. The brisket sandwich on the other hand was just below ok. The best part of it was the garlic bread. It needed much better seasoning or bbq sauce, something. The fries I did not even eat , wierd taste. Definitely not with $18. Was more of a $7.99 sandwich.

Great service and good food. Try the fried chicken or brisket tacos!
Stopped in for breakfast. It was very good and would most certainly recommend for anyone. There was an omelet station for made to order items. The flavors were most excellent.
