In 2/14/2024, my Finance and I went to Amerigo’s Grille however, through the serving process I was not feeling well, therefore I requested to have my entrée 16oz steak bagged to take home. We left the restaurant roughly around 30 minutes later, I noticed I forgot my bagged entrée at the restaurant therefore, I called the restaurant and requested to locate my food and the manager told me they threw it out.I explained to the manager that I did not even eat my meal and we had paid for it. I requested my meal or credit and he said, "you expect me to give you another steak absolutely not," and then he became irate. I told him that was not fair to me since we had spent over $300 dollars for dinner. I paid for the “entrée 16oz steak, I did not receive or eat.” The manager was a completely disrespectful and provides low quality service and is not able to take accountability for the restaurant employee service errors. In addition to that, I also told him that my fiancé has Exxon meetings there, all the time. Apparently he didn’t care then again what do I expect from a manager that has only worked there several months and his last position was only held for eight months. Buyer beware of such low quality service and no concerns for customer service or his local patrons.

I was excited to give this place a try. I paid $300 for a very forgettable meal, that took almost two hours for the two of us. We went on Valentine’s Day and I understand that is not a normal occasion, but for the money this was a disappointing decision. Also they sent us home with one dessert after paying $300 for two separate “Valentine’s Day Meals”

We celebrated Valentine’s Dinnee tonight and the menu looked so good, it was very hard to make a choice! I ended up with the Bruno Shrimp for the appetizer, it was perfect! Then I got the lobster bisque and I have to tell you, was the best I’ve ever had and it was served at the perfect temperature. I hate when a soup is too hot you can’t eat it. Then I had the chicken dish and it was also amazing! The service was great, the atmosphere was beautiful and they had the best piano player playing 80’s and 90’s hits and I loved every single song! It honestly was a perfect night out. Great job Amerigo’s!

Incredible service, incredible food, and a great place for a large group dinner!! The grouper special was out of this world! Normally I'm not a big appetizer person, but the appetizers ordered were amazing, especially the salmon carpaccio. The wine was very reasonable and delicious. Service for our large group was impeccable. Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful date night with my husband. Amerigo's is a beautiful restaurant nestled in The Woodlands. The restaurant has fabulous food, great staff and somehow is quiet even when the restaurant is full. Such a wonderful evening.

I’d been wanting to try this place for a long time. I read the reviews and was a little worried about all the “bland food” reviews but wanted to give it a shot anyways.The food was subpar. It’s unfortunate because I love a fine dining restaurant however, their wild caught sea bass was just not worth the price. The calamari was just okay. Nothing to write home about. Most of the servers were delightful but one of the main bar tenders seemed to have quite an attitude.

I have never actually eaten here because I do residential and commercial ac and electrical service work. I have done work for this restaurant and the staff seems to be friendly and helpful for the most part. The atmosphere is pretty darn nice and I would definitely like to eat here at some point in the near future. The food smells delicious, but that might have been my rumbling stomach trying to tell me what to do. ? Anyway, sorry I can't provide any info on the quality of food, but it is a nice place with nice employees and it's definitely on my list to try out one day soon.
Amerigo's is the premier spot for a special occasion or business meal. The variety of dishes and the quality of the food is exceptional. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic experience.

Celebrated my wife's birthday. Had a fantastic meal with great service. Cocktails before dinner, wine with dinner made for an enjoyable evening. Our server was very attentive, but not a pain interupting us. All in all a very nice evening.

I love going to this restaurant! We are always warmly greeted and treated as special guests. My favorite attribute is the quiet background music. My husband is hard of hearing and in most restaurants, the noise level is so high that he cannot join in any conversation. Not so at Amerigos. The food is always fantastic and the chef will cater to special requests if at all possible.
